I first contacted Spiros 13 years ago to reshingle my roof, and replace windows. He provided me with references, neighbours who had used his services, and who gave favouable comments. His work was completed quickly and professionaly. Recently, I again hired him to replace my eaves troughs to comply with Toronto's downspout diversion bylaw. Again the work was competely satisfactory. I would not hesitate to recommend Spiro to my family and friends.

Spiros Aluminum and Roofing have been doing work in the Seven Oaks area for probably over twenty years and more than one of our neighbors were totally satisfied with their work. From the job estimate, pricing, materials and workmen, everything was top notch from start to finish and the quality of their work was second to none. They prepped the work area with tarps for the cleanup which worked well as there were no nails or removed shingles to be found anywhere on our property after they had completed their work. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and would highly recommend this company, truly professional, thanks Spiros.

I had difficulty finding a company I felt had the experience and expertise to deal with a flat roof in addition to the regular roof on my house until I came across Spiros. A delight to deal with - open, responds quickly and doesn't try to make you buy things you don't need. (For example I asked about replacing eavestroughs and he said no need to do it at this time although he did take care of a bunch of loose nails at no charge.). He was ahead of schedule in doing the job and even though it took more time than he thought he did not charge extra for that. Exceptionally careful at cleaning up - you'd never know they had re-roofed the house as everything was completely removed without a trace left behind. I would highly recommend this company.

First roof job done in Markham 2000....service done with no issues. In 2005 completed the roofing of my sons home in Mississauga - a very good job. Called back in 2012 to complete the same Markham home in 2012. Exceptional service, any extra work was complete with no extra charge. Did not hurry work and cleaned up work area when finished.

Replaced the roof of our previous home and the entire process was very smooth. The guys started the work they day we had to go for a day trip with the family, well when we came back the entire area was SOO clean that if it wasn't for the new shingles I dont think we'de even know the roof work was done that day. Roof held up perfectly the winter after installation and then we sold the house. Spiros was very prompt at responding to my phone calls and just a pleasure to work with. Price was very competitive and affordable!

Spiros roofing crew was very efficient, punctial, careful and cleaned up after themselves. I woulf highly reccommend him. After doing price comparisions, I found him to be very reasonable for the value and service you were getting.

We had a hole in our roof a while back, and we were worried because it was a stormy season ; we initially held back on getting it done because of insufficient funds, but we were able to reach a good deal that benefited the both of us. We were pleased with the job they did and always recommend them to our friends and family.

We chose Spiros to replace our roof because of the competitive price and he seemed to be very popular in the neighbourhood. He did the work as promised, on time and cleaned up after he finished. My only concern is that that winter we had a leak near one of the ventilation openings. When we called him back he said it was due to the snow melting, not his issue. I was not happy, but it has never leaked again so I guess he was right. No other problems in the last 6 years.

We were very happy with the work Spiro and his team did. They arrived to do the job as planned, when weather permitted, finished the job quickly and with no mess, including no nails on the driveway. They also took great care (even choosing to call off work for a day because of wind) to prevent damage to our vinyl siding from blowing shingles. Our neighbour hired another roofing company and had to have half their siding replaced because of the damage. Spiro made sure that didn't happen to our house. And the price was quite reasonable. One of the lowest we received. I highly recommend Spiros Roofing!

I had received a quote from another roofer that left me gasping for breath and made me seriously question whether my roof was really that bad. When Spiros arrived to give me a quote it was very quickly apparent that he had seen thousands of roofs and roofing scenarios. He took plenty of time to answer all of my questions and educate me. Additionally he made it clear what was necessary and what was a nice to have. I felt completely confident in hiring his company to do the work. The work was completed on a sunny day in October. Spiros had expressed concern that some plywood might need to be replaced depending on what they found when they took off the shingles but then reported to me that the unevenness was caused by nail pops and that the plywood was actually in good condition and did not need to replaced. I feel that Spiros did what was necessary and did not try to up sell me. I would happily recommend Spiros to anyone who wants the assurance of a job well done by a knowledgeable roofer.
