5years ago, the representative from Spiros Aluminum & Roofing came out to provide us with a quote when promised and the work was competently completed in a timely manner, with all debris removed from the property. The firm was asked to return for some corrective maintenance about one year later and did a satisfactory job. 5 years have passed, since the original work was done and I was pleasantly surprised when we called the company to come to the house for some minor maintenance (some flashings and tiles had lifted) and the response was immediate (same day service).We are happy with their overall after-service commitment.

Spiro from spiros aluminum and roofing came to my house for a repair on my roof. A few weeks ago, heavy rain and high winds blew out a number of shingles from my roof. I had water coming into my master bedroom. When i called Spiros he attended my address within a couple of hours. Spiros (the owner) repaired the leak immediately. He was professional and very reasonable at his price. I have given his number to family friends that are in the market for roofing. Thank you soo much Spiros for you speedy repair work!

Spiros Aluminum & Roofing was recommended by one of my friends. Spiros provide me a quote with good price for 30 year shingles with ice shield and 2 turbine vents. His professional crew arrived when they said they would and completed the job as scheduled in one day, the roof looked great and cleaned up the site and left it in a perfect condition. Spiros talked with me and answered all my questions honestly before and after the installation. I’m very pleased and satisfied with the work done. About 16 days ago, Spiros and his professional crew re-roofed our home. Spiros was recommended by a neighbor of ours. We saw several other homes in our neighborhood done by Spiros, so we did not hesitate. We have a very high roof with an abrupt slope, so it would be quite a challenge, however, Spiros' professionals were absolutely amazing! They finished it in three days, the roof looked great and the grounds were spotless. I recommend Spiros' company wholeheartedly! Spiros is a true gentleman and is a people person who is reasonable and personable. Go for it, you won't be sorry!!

Spiros Koutsoulianos was very helpful, he went an extra mile to explain the job and get our business. He did not pressure us into making our decision. very friendly and professional conduct. Spiros told me what I didn't want to hear. That in order to be totally dry that I would have to replace a DYI roof that I had done in the Fall. The Skylight that I put in was wrong. He said that all could be left as is but it would probably leak in time. Spiros Made promises that he kept. Did more than he promises and was not pleased until I was Happy. Did a great Job

spiros roofing put new 30 year shingles on my home. They did a terrific job, very proffesional, great price. I am very happy and have reffered to many neighbors. They met with me to show the different shingles available for my home and gave me some great options.

Spiros Aluminum & Roofing Inc installed the 30 year shingles and an additioanall wirlybird vent in a professiional manner. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job as scheduled. The use of a soft tired diposal bin removed any concerns about driveway damage. Spiros, yes you do actually talk with the owner, answered all the questioned posed before, during and after the installation honestly. We where very pleased with the work done.

In June of 2009 Spiros installed a new roof for me, on time as promised and at a good price. The workmanship of his crew and cleanup after the work was completed was excellent. After some manufacturer defects appeared with the shingles in October, Spiros filed a warranty claim with the manufacturer on my behalf on his own initiative. Since then he has taken extraordinary time in providing advice and follow-up support of the claim. It is refreshing to deal with a person who stands behind his warranty and makes his customers’ satisfaction his top priority
