I was looking for a roofer since the beginning of this year. Went into Homestars and read a few of the reviews and got some recommendations from friends. I got to talk to a few of the companies and got some quotes. In the end, I felt most comfortable with Spiro from " Spiros Aluminum and Roofing". Spiro was most informative on what I needed and what I didn't need. From the beginning he went on the roof and inspected it and showed me a few possible areas that could be problematic. He was able to educate me on the procedure and the products that would be used and the guarantees that went with them. His quote that he gave me was very reasonable for the size of the roof that I have. Within a week the materials were dropped off and the job was done. His workers were very efficient and polite. They left my house spotless and the roof looked amazing. I highly recommend Spiros Aluminum Roofing to anyone who is looking to get their roof done. Thanks Spiro!!!Great job done!!

From a rate of 1-10, I would give Spiros 100+. He was sincere, ethical and most imformative. He provided all the services promised (more than on time)!! The crew & equipment was professional, prepared the property for the job and then cleaned up meticuously. Highly recommend Spiros !!

We contracted 5 roofing companies including Spiros Aluminum & Roofing for a quote to replace our roof in 2005. We looked quotes from all these companies. What made our decision to sign a contract with Spiros Aluminum & Roofing was the fact that Spiros came to our home himself. He took the time to assess the condition of our roof and recommend a solution. He measured our home and presented us with a quote. We were happy with the value and conracted his company to do our roof. The crew arrived on the scheduled date and were finished by the end of the day. They removed the old shingles, and installed the new ones. They worked in a very clean manner. All the debris was cleaned up during and after the job. We are very pleased with the work, the price and the service. And now for the best part. Yesterday (March 18th 2010) I noticed some shingles were rippped off the roof at the back of our house. There is rain in the forcast for tomorrow. I called Spiros Aluminum & Roofing and left a message explaining my concerns. I spent a sleepless night worrying about the roof. Spiros called me today (March 19th 2010) and after I explained our problem in deatil, he arrived at my home within an hour. Spiros personally did the repair on the spot. That was amazing. Customer service at its finest!! Spiros exceeded any of our expectations to make sure our roof was repaired and watertight. We would highly recommend Spiros Aluminum and Roofing to anyone that needs quality workmanship and customer service at a very reasonable price.

Our roof was in need of replacement before the coming winter. We spoke to Spiros directly and were extremely pleased with his knowledgeable suggestions on products/colours available. My roof was leaking and needed some repairs in 2008, the owner Spiros was very prompt in meeting me and providing an estimate. The work was done quickly and well. I have been recommending him to all my friend. They are very conscientious and and work well.

We spoke directly to the owner who was prepared to answer all our questions with regards to our leaky roof and eavestroughts.Spiro took the time to explain to us exactly what was needed with our project and the exact price, to avoid surprises at the end. Spiro came with his crew at 7:30 am and finished by 5:00 pm.I was amazed that the roofing job was done in one day and the very next day they came back to complete the eavestrough. There was absolutely no hassle or inconvenience of any kind. I got approximately 5 quotes and chose Spiros, not necessarily because his price was competitive,, but because of his professionalismn and knowledge. When it came time for the job to be done, his crew was very courteous and ensured any personal belongings were removed so as not to get damaged. The job was done in one day as promised, where the crew cleaned up by sweeping not only the deck but the property. A few weeks later I called Spiros when we had heavy rain as I noticed a "waterfall" from the 2nd floor bedroom. Spiros came the next day to add a piece of flashing which solved my problem. My roof looks great and I will and have recommended Spiros to my daughter and friends.

We had our roof replaced by Spiros 3 years ago. Recently, we noticed that there was water coming down from the skylight in the washroom of the master bedroom. We called Spiros to come and to take a look at the problems. Spiros came as soon as he was available. He climbed up to the roof, checked and applied more caulking around the skylight without charging us even though the skylight was not part of his job. What a geat service!
