Spiros installed our roof 17 years ago. This fall we had a leak. I wanted someone we could trust and who would not take advantage of it being an emergency and charge a hefty fee. I phoned Spiros and he was surprised I remembered him. He came by to check the leak and inspect the roof. It was time for a new one. After 17 years his price is still excellent. He's a professional and knows the business. Spiros, his son and the workers are pleasant, efficient and did an excellent job cleaning up. I wouldn't hesitate to phone him again if I need new a roof in another 17 years. Highly recommend him, Mark & Sheila Teixeira

Spiros and his team was very reliable and came at the exact time he indicated and also completed the job in an efficient and timely manner. I have owned my house for over 50 years and have had my roof re-done a few times and this is by far the best work that I have seen done. Spiros did not take any shortcuts. The clean up was just as amazing, the surrounding are was even cleaner than when he started the job. He had a great price and and I would recommend his services 100%

Spiros Aluminum& Roofing Inc. replaced my roof in May, 2019, in a top-notch job that reflected his 33 years in business. His reliability and honesty showed in the promptness he started the job and the all-around completeness of it. Leading a capable work crew, Spiros showed no hints of rushing as he took more than 6 hours—almost the whole day!--what had taken just 3 hours to do by the previous roofers I had hired years earlier. Clean-up was just as thorough. In short, I was more than happy to pay his price, which was not cheap but not outrageous either. Highly recommended!

Replacing the flat roof over my garage became more complicated when then there was rotten wood underneath. They did a great job of showing me the damage and repairing it as agreed. Always showed up on time and did a great job on the roof

We did some research and compared quotes. The main issue for us was low roof profile, underlay or not, ice shield, and drip edge- wanted to know difference between grades of shingles, drip edge types, vents, turbines, 3 ft or 6 ft ice shield, etc, etc. Sprios is very knowledgeable and gave us good advice on pros/cons of each and the cost/benefit. Rainy spring this year and we wanted to get it done asap. Spiros did not over-commit, told me I needed to wait 2 weeks as they were really behind due to all the rain. To the day, he called me saying they were heading over! Team was fast, efficient, and did an excellent, thorough job. Next morning they were back at 6:30 a.m. getting going again. They did exactly what we had discussed and alot of extras on some problematic areas that were an ongoing concern. Left our place nice and clean. We are extremely happy with the roof.
