Very happy with the wonderful job done by Spiros roofing! The roof was done in great time and with great dedication. They truly went above and beyond what we expected to make sure the job was done properly. We needed some mouldy plywood replaced underneath and they managed to do it the same day. They cleaned up everything perfectly and the price was super reasonable. Recommending this place for sure!

Spiros himself responded quickly to my request for a quote. He provided the information required to make a decision to go with him. The work was completely professionally by his team of roofers and eves installers. I would recommend anyone use Spiros if you want the job done right!

I contracted this company in late fall to replace my roof in the springtime, for which I paid a deposit. The company fulfilled all my expectations. It met all conditions that we had agreed upon, and the work was completed in a timely manner in early spring. The company owner clearly explained the items to be considered, their costs, offered opinions when invited to do so, asked pertinent questions to ensure understanding and direction, and maintained contact with me on numerous occasions to keep me informed. The work was completed as soon as weather permitted in the spring of this year. The work crew was professional, and the owner was onsite and involved in the work being done on the day of completion. My surrounding property was left in its same clean condition as it was at the start of the day. I most highly recommend this company.

Back in May 2018, we had damage to our roof from an awful wind storm. Several shingles and one of the vents were torn right off. My husband and I were calling every roofer in Scarborough and understandably most companies were so backlogged no one would be able to get to us for at least 24hrs. With a hole in the roof and the probability of rain the next day, we were quite panicked! Then, I called Spiros Aluminum and Roofing and was told Spiros would do everything he could to get to us and he did. He showed up with his guys as it was getting dark and went straight to work to fix it. Here we are a year later and Spiros & team just finished doing a full roof replacement, added two turbines, and did our eaves troughs. He and his team are friendly, punctual, and professional. Exceeded expectations. They did everything you'd expect from a professional. They were timely, reliable, polite, informative, etc. They exceeded my expectations with their excellent clean up of my yard. I was anticipating some debris to be left in my yard but, I swear they left it cleaner than it was before they started the job. Thank you Spiros. They were also aware of and considerate of the neighbours property. Would definitely use you again!

Spiros was quick to come to our home and assess our roof. He’s very professional, polite, etc. He was sincere and honest when communicating the situation with me. Very informative and helpful. I would recommend this company for sure and use him again in the future, should we require work.

As I entioned in my May review, Spiros repaired our windstorm damage quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately the integrity of our 15 year old roof was not up to scratch and in August we discovered a leak in our hallway ceiling. Following 3 months of discussions with our insurance company and evaluations by their adjusters, it was determined that the leak was our responsibility. It was an easy decision to call Spiros to discuss our options. A new roof was negotiated. Spiros is very thorough when he explained the job scope, his terms and conditions- he lays it all out so there are no surprises for anyone. He and his team completed the work late in the season. The roof looks terrific - we opted for new plywood sheathing and high quality shingles and turbine vents. The job site was left impeccable - no loose nails or shingles. Spiros is trustworthy, very personable, and pragmatic in his approach. He loves what he does. I wish more household contractors would perform to his high standards.

I had a section of my roof where the shingles were curling up. I contacted Spiros Aluminum via HomeStars. The job was completed quickly and all wasted was cleaned up and taken away. You wouldn't have know they were there except for the new roof. I would definitely recommended Spiros Aluminum and Roofing.

It was a small project - garage roof. It was completed quickly - half a day! Ahead of the scheduled time I had been given - which I was grateful for as the roof had been leaking. The roof looks good. The site was cleaned up very nicely. I really enjoyed working with Spiros.
