Very responsive! They came quickly, they were on time and professional. I added extra work when they were they here, which they did with pleasure. My bed turned out great and the carpets and couch look good. Definitely recommend them.

I special ordered a sectional and chair to match in a cream colour velvet material. Was worried if the scotch guard would change the feel of my furniture. They did a great job! They sprayed and brushed the material down so the texture wouldn't change. Thank you jay and Simon for taking care of my furniture, now I can enjoy a glass of red wine w no worries. Cheers guys , I would defiantly recommend u to my friends.

Jay and his crew did a fabulous job steam cleaning and sealing my tiles and grout. We have porous tiles and sfter 6 years, they looked dirty and old. After the cleaning, they literally look brand new. Awesome job!

Jay did awesom job. They arrived on time , were very professional and promt and friendly like how they advertise on line. They completed a very thorough job on my 4 bedroom carpet's . Steam Kleen came to my house and cleaned the floors, rugs, stairs chairs and couch. They are very nice and extremely accommodating. The chairs and tile grout were cleaned well but after they left we saw that they used too much solution which splashed and left heavy residue all along the base of our cabinets and ss appliances. They wore slip covers over their shoes but somehow they still tracked mud all over my floors and I had to remop the entire first floor and wipe down all my lower cabinets and baseboards which is unfortunate. Update: After Jay saw my review, he promptly contacted me to make an appointment to clean my appliances off and offer me deep savings on my next job. My fridge and dishwasher look like new! Thanks for the great service and ensuring your customers are happy!

My dog had a rather disgusting accident on our area rug while I was out yesterday. We have an 8 month old baby who likes to crawl around on the carpet. I didn't feel comfortable with her crawling around after my rookie clean up job. Jay came to clean the carpets within hours of me calling him. I really appreciate the speed at which he responded to my call. He also included the stair carpet for no extra charge.
