I called Steam Kleen on Thursday. They were here on Friday. They came in looked everything over and got to work. Not only did they make our carpet look great, they managed to get a glue stain that has been in the carpet for 20 years out. Other companies I've had in the past were unable to do so. I highly recommend Jay and his team for carpet cleaning, duct cleaning and grout cleaning. They do it all.

Jay and his associate arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned excess water on floor. Good job all around.

First off, I have to say that I believe Jay really does care about his work and the service that he provides. The area cleaned had water and dirt enter from an outside leak. Jay removed the underpadding in this section and edges and replaced both and then cleaned the carpet. It is about 75% better now. My only comment is that I see that now there are what appears to be water stains on my stairs from the cleaning. This of course, is not great. It took about a full day for the carpet to dry, perhaps too much water was applied or the vacuuming up of all excess water was not sufficient/ strong enough. And when I noticed lots of buckling on the carpet, I asked Jay about this. Fortunately, it went down - I did not know that this usually happens - if there is a lot of moisture/water when cleaning. It would have been helpful and put my mind at ease to have heard back when I asked about this. Other than the water stains now on my stairs (which I'll now need to tackle on my own), Jay worked hard on the small area and it is better than before.

This team is the best! Steam Kleenex does an incredible job and got rid of all our furniture stains. They are fast, responsive, so kind and professional. I use them over and over again because they are just so good. I can’t recommend them enough.

We had to clean the tile and grout in my house as dirt and scum had piled up in the bathroom and kitchen tiles. We chose Steam Kleen. They did a great job ! Jay and his team did a wonderful job for us. We had water damage to our carpets. I called and they were able to arrive at my place within the hour to assess the situation and provide a plan of action. Very efficient, prompt and professional. The carpets look great and smell fresh. The price was great and most of all trustworthy and wonderful service. I would highly recommend them and definitely use again in the future. Thank you.

Jay came and cleaned 2 wool carpets and did an excellent job. They hadn't been cleaned in years and there was some soot on one of the carpets. He went over each part of the carpet a few times, and was able to remove the soot spots. Also, he moved some furniture as there wasn't enough space to move it all off the carpet at once. Also, he came the same day I called! I am so thankful.

Jay and his team @ Steam Kleen had steamed and disinfected my carpets when I moved in 3 years ago. So, of course since Jay did such an excellent job then, I had saved his business card and called him again. Jay made it easy to arrange an appointment and arrived on time, fully equipped to get to work. Jay helped me move some heavy furniture out of the way and went to work immediately. No mess, no fuss - job done to perfection within an hour. I am very happy with the results - all stains removed, even in my dining room area rug.
