Steamkleen cleaned my carpets and upholstery after hosting a large party. Jay came in and consulted and got the job done. He even came back to re-scotch guard my couch after the fact as an added value. Awesome work.

Excellent service, prompt and professional. I am preparing my house to sell and Jay was very helpful on site. I had my white carpets , couches and scotch guarded AND tile and grout cleaned in the kitchen. It's pretty amazing what came out of the carpets- red candle wax and nail polish. He was the first company to successfully remove the gray "dust" lines between the baseboards and carpet-- in the past we've had 3 others promise to remove it unsuccessfully. Not to mention, our kitchen floors have never looked so clean! I strongly recommend you call Jay to save time and money.

I was very happy with the overall service provided by Steam Kleen Ltd. Jay responded to my inquiry very promptly and booked my service appointment within days of my call. The in-home service provided was professional and efficient. Lingering stains were removed from my area rug and I now feel reassured knowing that my light coloured furniture is well-protected by the thorough Scotch Guarding application. I would definitely use this company again in the future and have already recommended their services to a friend.

Jay Nader is a professional with uncompromising standards. He's polite, efficient and his work is outstanding. Jay cleaned area rugs, wall to wall carpeting, upholstered furniture and a kitchen tile floor. They all look like new. I would recommend his services without hesitation.

I highly recommend this company for any upholstery cleaning needs. After my cats had urinated on my new La-Z-Boy couch repeatedly, I thought that I would have to throw away my beautiful new purchase due to the overwhelming smell. Furniture of mine has been ruined in the past by my cats, and I have tried almost every product under the sun to rid this furniture of the smell, to no avail. Before dragging my La-Z-Boy to the curb I thought I'd try one last thing: steam cleaning. I called up a number of companies and decided to go with SteamKleen due to the politeness, availability and good pricing that Mr. Jay Nader promptly offered me. Jay was punctual and professional and took the time to explain to me exactly what he was doing. He also offered to come back a second time if any smell remained (the smell of cat urine is almost impossible to remove). Once the couch had dried, there was a very faint smell left, so I decided to take Jay up on his offer of a second visit. Jay again showed up on time and for no additional cost, steam cleaned my couch again. The couch is as good as new! I am incredibly happy with the outcome and service and would not hesitate to hire SteamKleen in the future.

I called Jay of SteamKleen to remove access water from a flooding in my condo. I regret to inform you that my review and experience with Jay at SteamKleen is negative. I initially wrote positive comments- due to Jays' request but things have changed: Jay Nader of SteamKleen told me that he had a guarantee that if the carpets start buckling within a year- he will come back free of charge to straighten the carpets out. Fast forward 7 months. The carpet is buckling in one of the rooms. I call Jay. He said he would come down. Then the day he was to arrive, he calls and demands that I pay $300. I didn't agree---what about his word? his guarantee. Needless to say he threw a tantrum, yelled and blamed my tenant for loosening the carpet. How? And he hung up the phone. This was egregious behavior, utterly unprofessional.

My experience with steam kleen was remarkable. I did not have much hope for my rugs as they were pretty soiled. However, Jay who represents your company was very encouraging. I have never had such exceptional customer service in my life. He was very helpful and informative. I will recommend this company for sure. Have a dog that mistakes carpet for grass so we have a few accidents sights around the house. Steam clean came in and got rid of the smell and our carpets look like new.

Steam Kleen came to the rescue to remove a coffee stain from a brand new carpet that had been sitting for a whole week. They arrived quickly and the stain is gone. Excellent work!
