I called Steam Kleen on a Friday before a long weekend. I was sure I'd have to wait until Tuesday to get an appointment, but they were able to fit me in that very evening. I couldn't have been happier to get the job started right away. My son had peed in the corner of his room and the smell was absolutely terrible. Steam Kleen cleaned the carpet in his whole room (not just the smelly corner) and even cleaned the runners on our stairs for free. When the pee smell wasn't entirely gone after a few days, they came back, AT NO CHARGE, to rip up the carpet and replace the under pad. I was thouroughly impressed with the level of friendly, professional, just plain awesome service, and would 100% use them again. Totally satisfied and recommended.

Jay and his crew were awesome, I originally asked for the upholstery and carpets only he went over and above and cleaned my tiled stairs. He also cleaned every little carpet I have in my house. Their work ethic is beyond 10 stars and he is very professional. I would highly recommend this company...thank you Jay!!

After seeing the great work that Steam Kleen had done for my work I decided to enlist them to clean several off my carpets at home. We used Steam Kleen to clean 1 large rug and two hallway runners. I booked directly through the owner, who was fantastic to deal with. Steam Kleen showed up on time and were prepared. They were quick and efficient. I am very happy with the work that they provided.

The dog had been sick and the carpet was quite stained. Spots were removed and carpet looked fresh and clean again. The work was done efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend Jay for future work.

Jay and his team did a fabulous job. They steam cleaned the carpet in the basement which had some stains. They removed the stains and made a cream carpet look almost brand new.
