The work was well done and efficient. Some spots were missed. The cleaners arrived early, were polite, and were generous with their services. I was able to have my mattress and carpet cleaned on the same day that I contacted them. Overall I am very satisfied.

My basement was partially flooded in a couple of inches of water from a non-stop overflow of a washing machine. I called a couple of companies and this one reponded fairly quickly. They were on site within a few hours, quickly assessed the situation and helped move furniture to start the cleanup. They left blower fans to dry for a few days and returned to finish replacing the carpet underpadding. They checked in partway through the process and were responsive to email. Overall good service.

We had the while house carpet stain treating and steam cleaning service. I had found Steam Kleen through an online search for residential carpet cleaning. The reviews were positive so I contacted them via their website. Jay responded within the hour. He gave me a very reasonable quote to stain treat and steam clean all the carpets in our house. On the day of the appointment Jay and a coworker showed up as promised. They were very polite and professional. I showed Jay around while he explained the process and promised they would do a good job for us. Then they both set to work. They were very thorough, worked systematically and efficiently through each area. Total time was less than 2 hrs. Our carpets are almost 20 years old, we've always had pets and the high traffic areas have taken a hard beating. I was very impressed and very happy with the end results. Everything looks and feels so fresh. A lot of the strains I thought were permanent have either disappeared or been significantly reduced. They showed up on time, gave me a quote, and did a remarkable job of moving my furniture out of the way and cleaning & treating all carpets, rugs & couches.

Jay came in and steam cleaned the duct work in my new home. The last occupants had lived there for a few years but had a large, shedding dog and a cat that stayed indoors. This reflected when my poor tenants turned on the air conditioning and thereby launched mountains of pet hair through the air. The hair infiltrated clothing, landed on plateware in cupboards and secured itself to the furniture immediately. Jay came and not only cleaned the ducts, but offered to do our carpets, rugs and cloth furniture at a reduced price. His work was great, his demeanor pleasant and overall I would give him 5 stars. I would absolutely call back if I required his services again. Thank you Jay and team for your great work, it's much appreciated! :)
