I had a great experience with Tender Touch movers. They were on time, professional and efficient. The forman, Phil, kept his crew organized and they communicated well with each other. It took a great deal of stress off me and my husband. The actual cost was less than the quote with was a nice surprise. I would definitely use this company again.

They are what ALL moving companies should be. Second time I used them, and they did a fantastic job has usual Would higly recommend them to anyone that is planning to move

I called Tender Touch Movers in a panic when my original movers did not show up. They got back to me within 24 hours and were very polite and efficient in booking me a time within the week. The moving men arrived on time, if not a little early, and were very professional and friendly as they carefully wrapped my items and moved my furniture. At the other end, they unpacked carefully and helped me set up the furniture and even made helpful suggestions regarding felt feet on the bottoms of some items. We found them on the internet as a highly recommended moving company and though not inexpensive, they lived up to their high standards and I would very much recommend them.

Customer service was excellent; we were helped by Clara, who was always helpful and available to answer any questions. We ended up booking the move during the heat wave mid July. Three men showed up, led by Pedro and Chris. These guys were terrific. We were very impressed by their courteousness, attention to detail, and not to mention their stamina. It was a long move, over 11 hours, but they didn't stop until the job was done. At one point, we couldn't get our sofa into our new place, and Pedro and Chris were forced to dismantle the sofa and remove it - which they did without complaint. We did end up paying more than the quoted price, but I couldn't fault these guys. Overall, mightily impressed by this company. We had a bad experience in our last move a few years back with a fraudulent moving company we found in the paper... so it's nice to know that honest, high quality movers are out there. Tender Touch is a class act operation, and we will definitely hire them again. I recommend them 100%

The move all went smoothly. The two fellows who came to do the work were very helpful as the quickly packed up and moved out in the short access window we had been given. They also did a great job packing the furnishings into the storage locker. Well done guys!

This was the best moving experience we've ever had. Terrific, competent crew. Friendly and helpful, and they did everything in their power to turn a stressful day into a fun one. We couldn't have been happier with the service. Many thanks to Phil and his wonderful team.

Amazing. I had about 2200lbs of bins and small furniture to move cross country. I looked at all the different van lines and u-pack companies and received several estimates before choosing Tender Touch. Their pricing was reasonable and we got full service move for the price of a pod which we would have had to load and unload ourselves. Customer service was amazing both on the Tender Touch side and from their van line GCVL (and also Buhler's in Calgary, who completed the pickup). I had a short time frame for my move and several scheduling complications along the way that I thought would be impossible to work around. The team were incredibly patient and accommodating throughout. The movers arrived on time and showed great care for my things and the properties. We packed our own things and declined any extra insurance so we were nervous that we wouldn't be covered for damage, but everything arrived safe. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks to everyone, including Maria for coordinating and Rod and Connor from GCVL. 10/10!

our second time using tender touch and they were amamzing!!! not only did they care very well for our things they were so nice and thoughtful! i recommended them over and over to friends and family and will do so in the future too!

We moved from a three bedroom townhouse to a 3 bedroom highrise condo and we couldn't be happier with how Tender Touch treated our belongings. The three gentleman were so efficient, they had our townhouse packed up in just three hours and then arrived to our new condo promptly after leaving. When they arrived they came up to survey the condo and then got right to work, one stayed in the truck, the other stayed in the condo and the third went as the go between in the elevator. All so efficient! They were mindful to not damage any of our stuff, as well as the elevator and walls of the condo. Pedro, Nick and Dave were amazing to work with, super friendly and super efficient. Not that I want to move again, but if we do, we will go back to Tender Touch and request those three guys! Thanks for your hard work that day :)

Prompt, efficient, helpful and polite. Entirely professional service. They were very respectful of our possessions as well as our attachment to them and all the premises. They took the time to be careful and move went more quickly than estimated. I highly recommend them and would call them again for any move.
