This review is long overdue. We hired them in August for our move. The team consisted of 4 men and took all day, in the rain. Much care was taken in packing and wrapping all our items and they kept both houses clean the whole time. The guys were simply fun to talk to and we enjoyed our move for the first time - so stress free! We would definitely use Tender Touch again. Wish we had tried them sooner!

TenderTouch was very responsive to requests for quoting, they walked me through the process and what to expect, and I felt comfortable with how they were communicating. I also had a referral from a friend, so things started off well. The day of the move happened to be a snowstorm. Moving out of my apartment was efficient and easy... and so was the move back in to the condo. Unfortunately for the movers, they had to endure endless snow, a long walk (up stairs, across snowy mud) to the entryway to the condo. They were visibly irritated, but they didn't complain. They did an outstanding job in extremely difficult circumstances. Throughout they walked me through what was going to happen / what to expect... and they made sure ground covers were down everywhere to ensure no damage. In the end, only one bulb broke. Which is surprising given that it was in a glass lamp, which stayed intact. Altogether, couldn't recommend these guys more!

This company really took great care of my items while moving and made it all very stress free for me. Moving is a big deal and this made it a cake walk. Very pleasant and knowledgeable crew. I highly recommend them. Alice

I've heard of a few bad movers stories recently so I sought to find someone reputable. These guys impressed me within the first 5 minutes. Prcfessional and caring of your goods, would highly recommend and would will use again. They even packed my closet and hung the clothes at the new location, and I didn't ask, was great to see happen. The movers were professional, extremely careful and on-time. We have never hired professional movers before, but would definitely hire Tender Touch again. They are a little pricey - but it is definitely worth paying a little bit extra to know that your belongings and home are being treated with care. Moving is stressful enough as it is. Dwight, Joe and Mark were fabulous. On time, professional and efficient, they made moving effortless. Because of them we were able to host a Superbowl party two days after the move. All of our guests were amazed at how settled in we were!

I recently used the service from Tender Touch to move my belongings from Ontario to BC. Since it was a long-distance moving, I knew that I need to be very careful. And the fact that I wouldn't be on the site once they loaded them from the storage since I am already in BC, makes me thinking that quality is also the priority, beside the price. However, after knowing from this website that many are satisfied with their service, I decided to go with them. They are not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. A lot of people say you buy what you get, however their service is worthed... They used the Great Canadian Van Lines in BC which also provided me with a very good quality of service. The movers were very polite and nice as well as moved the stuffs carefully. Although one stuff was missing from the list once they unloaded, they were able to find and send it back to me. I will definitely consider to use them again for the moving service in the future. Thumbs up, guys!!!!

I decided to use Tender Touch upon my sister's recommendation. I was impressed with Erika's detailed estimate and her overall attention to detail. The movers, Gary and Mike, were punctual and greeted me with a smile. They quickly moved my belongings with care and they were professionals from start to finish. The bonus is that the final cost came in below the estimate. I've moved both within Canada and overseas. This moving company is, by far, the best that I've had the pleasure to work with. Tender Touch lived up to its name. The two movers, Dwight and Justin, were totally careful with the pieces we moved. All was well wrapped, packed with care, delivered, unwrapped and re-assembled. The estimate was accurate. The movers arrived 30 minutes late; but I did receive a call of explanation and apology.

I had very high expectations of Tender Touch based on the Homestar reviews I read prior to hiring them. Those expectations were exceeded during my move. Elvis and his team (special shout out to George, Derek, Wade and Dwight) were professional, diligent and friendly (not to mention damn strong! Our things were moved quickly but with great care. Service from the office team has also been superlative. We always moved ourselves prior to this - due somewhat to the many horror stories we'd heard about moving companies in the past. After using Tender Touch, we are now firm believers in letting experts do the job! Great work guys.
