These guys helped move a 3br house from a storage unit from Toronto to Montreal. They were very efficient, careful, communicative, and most of all, honest about the price/quote/time. I had multiple phone calls updating me on the status of my move, and they arrived on time and were very efficient. The movers were also friendly and personable. If this sounds too glowing of a review to be true - count me happily surprised because I haven't had such good experiences with other movers - especially when I hired one of the "big" well known companies. Best of all, the move came in $500 under the estimate - I've never had that happen before.

From the initial phone call to moving day Tender Touch is simply amazing. The crew of Phil, Ali and Kareem were professional, polite, didn't complain about the stairs or heat! They went above and beyond in making our moving day stress free. Tender Touch was the best part of our move.

This is the second time I've used Tender Touch and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Their prices are reasonable given the care they take in protecting your house and furniture. Joe and Derek arrived on time and conducted themselves admirably during the move, taking the time to wrap all my furniture in padding or shrinkwrap, and ensuring that pieces were brought to where I needed them in my new place.

My move was completed on two different days by 2 different crew. the firs, local move was packed and moved by Ali and Jason, personable, bright and funny university educated men. Wonderful to work with. The second, long distance move was packed and moved by Bill and his crew. Not as exceptional as the first guys, but professional, fast and efficient.

We hired Tender Touch to move our stuff from storage to our new condo. Ali, Justin and Derek were amazing. They treated our belongings like they were their own. They were very careful and professional. Although there was some confusion about where their truck could be parked to unload our stuff (due to ongoing construction) they were very patient and understanding about the situation. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to move.
