I appreciated the fact that the guys were there just a few minutes before they said they'd be, ready to go. They got right to work. All the furniture was quickly and efficiently wrapped up and loaded. They were done in no time, very respectful of my time and the fact that I was paying by the hour. The best movers I've ever used! I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

The guys from Tender Touch, Derick & John showed up on time and got right to loading the truck. They were friendly & polite & knew what they were doing. I will use them for any future moves & would recommend them to everyone. There attention to detail was amazing, with the time & care they took in making a customized, safe enclosure for my large screen television. Great Job Guys & Thank you again.

The movers came on schedule, were very professional, packed the piano up carefully and delivered it on schedule. They were very friendly, great value and the piano came to me in great condition. I would highly recommend them.

We had a very old, extremely heavy piano moved today. Derek, Elvis and Nalson showed up exactly when they were supposed to and did an amazing job. They were very friendly and polite. They were very careful in how they handled everything, including protecting the piano and all surrounding areas. It was very difficult to move it up 2 sets of stairs, especially the inside ones that were curved. Thanks for a job well done!

I checked out the Homestars ratings for this company before I decided to go with them. Now I not only know that Homestars gives good tips, but also that Tender Touch really does an excellent moving job. They booked my appointment within 24 hours. The three guys who did the move (Elvis, Ali and Fred) were very professional. careful and pleasant. This was a very good experience!

Had Home Depot delivery some items as I'm in the process of a renovation. Circumstances had it that the contractors were not on site the day of the delivery. Needed help moving the items up to the condo. Called Tender Touch and from the initial phone call to the finished job I was so impressed with the company. Very reasonable and so professional. Movers were exceptional. Would definitely use them again.

I had an unusual (I thought) request: I needed my apartment packed up, but all the boxes and wrapped furniture left in the apartment. I was having some work done, and wanted to protect my contents, as well as have them 'move-ready' in case the job became bigger than anticipated. From the first phone call to the day of packing, I was treated with respect and consideration, no one even suggested that this was anything out of the ordinary. Derek and Elvis arrived on schedule, after I received a call telling me they were on the way. They were professional, friendly, very helpful, and made me feel very comfortable about having them in my home. Derek and I found a few things in common (hope you enjoyed the Vampires tape! ) and Elvis was very concerned when I tripped over a small box (NOT their fault) and pulled a muscle in my leg - it's completely fine now, guys. And then the worst thing happened - I ran out of funds. I could not feel more embarrassed!!!! Yet these two gentlemen were the consummate professionals, and worked with the office to lower my total to one I could afford. I was blown away. I will always be grateful to Derek and Elvis for their understanding and patience. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone - you guys are the BEST!!!!!!

We recently moved and used Tender Touch after reading the reviews on HomeStars website. The move was very stress free which was a relief to me since I had heard many bad stories about moving companies lately. Nick, Mike and Fred were very quick, organized and professional at the same time being friendly and fun. Nick was very entertaining with his stories but he also had a great memory for the furniture that was in each room. Once we had told him which room was which he knew all the pieces that went with that room, which saved us time pointing out where everything was to go. Their online estimate sheet was very detailed and in the end we paid almost exactly what we were originally quoted. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them. Thanks again for a great move.

I needed to find movers and storage for my contents. Through the yellow pages, I contacted Jason Morin via email to get a quote. Jason was very helpful and no other company could match their prices. At time of moving, the crew from Tender Touch arrived and efficiently packed up my contents in preparation for storage. I was amazed how much care was taken into each item. Almost two years I contacted Tender Touch and John Hall arranged for my contents to be removed and was able to accommodate the short two week notice I gave him. On day of the move, once again another crew showed up earlier than estimated time, which I was gratful for! They had the truck unpacked in just under an hour. Every item I had stored came back to me in same condition! I knew I could count on them from the first contact I made with them, to the final day I needed them. Very professional and knowledgeable employees as a very organized team makes the company so great!

I found Tender Touch moving from this website and they were one of the only moving companies that charged a reasonable price and did not have a minimum amount of furniture to move, unlike other companies. Although we didn't have to move an entire 4bedroom house, we did have the utmost concerns on moving our very expensive furniture. Suffice it to say, Ali and Fred showed up on time and took 100% care on our furniture and more importantly our new house from any damages. I highly recommend this company!
