We had a great experience with Mike and his crew. They were extremely friendly and very knowledgable. They had a great sense of humor but were very professional at the same time. They took great care of our furniture and I would recommend them to anyone.

The service provided by Tender Touch Moving was exceptional and I would recommend it to everyone! They exceeded my expectation with their timely, courteous and friendly service. They helped to make the move as smooth as possible.

My family used Tender Touch moving company on August 23rd to move. We went from a 2 bedroom apartment in Toronto to a 3 bedroom bungalow in Kitchener. I must say, it is true that it's worth the money to go with a reputable professional moving company. Wayne, Shiloh and JP were FANTASTIC movers. Very professional, took excellent care of our stuff. They wore uniforms, wrapped all our furniture very well and put down runners throughout the house. They also were very enjoyable and personable. It was a hot day and they sweated it out but didn't let up on working hard. I wish my last moving experience had been with these guys (cheap companies often end up costing much more in the end, let me warn you) or I wouldn't have been so hesitant to book. The cost wasn't cheap, but we moved a lot of stuff between cities, so we knew what we were getting into. I'm really glad we did... I would truly recommend them to anyone.

Very stress free moving experience. The lads were very friendly and professional. They worked very hard on a hot day. The company easily accomodated an additional request I had. The movers came back on another day to finish off the move. I will use Tender Touch again and I will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

I have to say that tender touch did a great job with our recent office move - from initial contact for a quote until the final handshake with the crew. The guys arrived on time and were professional and hardworking. They were very careful to ensure all items were protected and loaded on to the truck safely. Even after a long load in on a hot June day they maintained high energy levels for the unload and always took care of our items. I definitely plan on using Tender Touch in the future.

I would definitely recommend this company! I just moved from a one-bedroom apartment last week and the two movers (Daryl and Elvis) sent by Tender Touch Moving were fantastic!! They were punctual and arrived in uniform with a labelled truck (which was reassuring - in the past I have had movers arrive in a beat up old rental truck, with no uniforms or anything with them to state the name of the company they are working for). Both movers were extremely friendly and personable, all while being very professional. They were also efficient and VERY hardworking. I kept reminding them that they could take a break, but they would only take one 10 minute break in the whole 5 hour move (and it was a hot day for a move into a building with no elevator)! They were extremely cautious with all of my belongings, and always asked for my imput (ie. about which pieces of furniture I would like to have wrapped, where boxes/furniture should be placed etc...). At the end of the move, they took the time to go over every aspect of the bill with me, and to answer any questions that I had. My dealing with the head office (Maria) was also very easy and pleasant. I received a phone call on the morning of the move to let me know that the movers were on the way, and was also called the next day for a follow-up. This company is definitely focused on great customer service! In the last 5 years, I have moved about 3 times and I have to say that this was by far the smoothest and most stress-free move so far! Not one complaint to report- I really couldn't have asked for better service! I would definitely hire this company again for my next move and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy moving company!

They were awesome! From dealing with the office, to the movers themselves. I called Tender Touch on VERY short notice after I had fired my previous movers. I was leery of trusting another company after my recent bad experience, but they put my concerns to rest. The gentlemen were quick, friendly, obliging, professional, trustworthy, honest and worked VERY hard. The Tender Touch movers even did the best that they could to make as much room in my storage facility to pack in more items after much of it had gone to waste due to poor packing and general disregard for property on the part of the other movers. They also took care to lay down protective covering on my newly redone hardwood floors, which the other movers neglected to do and it resulted in some scratches and scuff marks. If you are looking for a quick, professional, knowledgeable company who takes pride in what they do and works hard to ensure that the work is done right, then Tender Touch is the right company for you. I've had Tender Touch move me twice now, and they do a great job. Wayne & Lee were quick, efficient, and friendly. The move went very smoothly, and everything arrived in good condition!

Our world class experience with Tender Touch started a few days before our move when we had to change our move date because contractors would not be finished renos in our new place on time. Maria was great and far exceeded my expectations in changing our move date. On moving day, Wade, Wayne and Kris arrived spot on time and ready to get the job done! Before we knew it, Wayne and Wade had already loaded all our boxes onto the truck! During that time, Kris began disassembling our dining table and wrapping ALL of our furniture in blankets or shrink wrap. They worked quickly but took extreme care with all of our belongings. Kris was awesome with the larger pieces of furniture and tried to get some of our bigger pieces out without us having to dismantel them. All three of them were enthusiastic about the job (even when it took longer than planned) and ensured our move was as stress free as possible. We will definitely use them again! Thank you to everyone at Tender Touch for making our move so easy.

Mike and Lee were professional, courteous and extremely careful with my belongings. They had to pull a few rabbits of the hat in my old house, and the came through with flying colours. Easy online estimates and booking. It's the smoothest move I've ever had. Great guys & a great company.
