What a pleasure to deal with Bill and his crew, Dave and Cody. Bill is personally easily accessible on his cell and when he makes a commitment to quality, price, timing and service, he keeps it. The crew did an excellent job all around in rebuilding the top 6 rows of my chimney as well as a thorough clean-up afterward. And if that is not enough, they all were very friendly and co-operative, with pleasant personalities. I highly recommend them; you will not be disappointed.

Bill and the Chimney Company saved the day when bricks started falling off my chimney. They were very prompt and walked us through the full process of what needed to be done so there were no surprises. The whole crew were very curious and friendly. Id recommend them without a doubt!

I would like to thank Bill, Cody and David of The Chimney Company for coming to our rescue when we needed to have an emergency rebuild of our single flue chimney. My wife and I were blown away by the professionalism shown by The Chimney Company crew. They run their business like a well oiled military operation. Small details like laying down large tarps in our driveway so that their pickup trucks wouldn't drip oil while parked there make such a good impression. All of the masonry work was completed beautifully, on time and at the price quoted! The crew left the roof, gutters and driveway cleaner and neater than it was before they arrived. I am very happy with the service that Bill and his crew had performed while repairing our chimney. He was able to squeeze us into an early spot. Although the work was more than the estimated, they still manage to finish it on time and charged us with the original quoted price. Overall I find them to be very professional and knowledgeable in this area. They also cleaned up the place after their work. Highly recommended if you need to have your chimney or any outside brick works done for your house.

My experience with Bill and the Chimney Company was hassle free from beginning to end. Bill was super knowledgeable and he explained the whole process of the chimney rebuild at my mother's home. Project: Re-bricking double chimney above roofline. Objective: To complete the work prior to the replacement of the roof shingles by another contractor. Cost: The Chimney Companys quotation was the most competitive and complete of the quotations I received. Review: Bill provided the quotation and scheduled the delivery of material and the execution of the work to meet the timeline of the project. Bill, Dave and Cody were approachable and answered any questions I had related to the work. The workmanship was superior when compared to similar work done to other homes in the neighbourhood. I had some concerns about the flashing at the base of the chimney provided by the roofing contractor and contacted Bill. Bill kindly agreed to come back to review the flashing and found it acceptable. I am totally satisfied and pleased with the pricing, the customer service and workmanship provided by The Chimney Co.
