We had two chimneys done in the spring. Bill and his crew did a wonderful job. They clean after every day. The installation was quick. They were very professional. I will highly recommend Bill to family and friends. We are very happy with the job.

Bill quickly responded to my quote request and he came to check the site. Unfortunately my chimney is not easily accessible as there is no place to put the scaffolding to allow the them to safely work on it. I really appreciate his time and responsiveness for my request.

Requested a quote, Bill got back to me quickly. From the get go he was easy to get along with and offered fair pricing and advice, without any nonsense sales pitches. Bill contacted me a few days before the job was to start. The date didn’t work for me and Bill accommodated my request to push the work for a week or so. A week or so later Bill contacted again offering to start the job within a day or two. The crew showed up in the morning, they erected scaffolding to do the job properly. They started and finished the job in the same day and cleaned up well. The team did an excellent job. Very impressed. The brick matches well and the work looks like it will hold up well. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends or family. Plan on hiring again in a year or so to rebuild another crumbling chimney on my house. Thanks to Bill and the The Chimney Company team.

I contacted Bill at the chimney company and he was able to provide me a quote within a day! I was under a tight timeline and he was able to squeeze me in and complete the job much sooner than I needed. Bill and his workers were all very professional, punctual and their service was top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone that requires chimney repairs. Bill help redo the chimney caps and fixed the cracks May last year. Due to a couple of strong wind storm, one of the cap fell on the lawn. I contacted Bill via text and attached with photo to see if he can come and check it out. He responded promptly and confirmed to come today between 11am to 1pm. The team show up right before 11am. He checked everything and reinstalled the cap. I was told everything is good. And I asked how much will you charge me? The gentleman simply said “ Don’t worry about it”. It was a pleasant surprise and I am writing this review not because he didn’t charge me, it is because this team of professionals they are standing by their workmanship. I have full confidence to their service. I will recommend Bill and his team, they do thing professionally and with a heart.

Bill and his employee cleaned my chimney in Dec 2020. Excellent overall experience. They came prepared with appropriate equipment and material to cover carpets so everything stayed clean. Very efficient process and noticeable improvement to chimney function after their cleaning. I will definitely be booking The Chimney Company in the future.

This is a long overdue review for Bill and his team. We had our chimney rebuilt back in July 2019. We were extremely happy with the team and their work - trustworthy, straight forward, honest, knowledgeable, fair-priced, solid workmanship and excellent work ethics - above and beyond expectation! Also really appreciated the extra work done on the pipe chimney for the pool heater and loose brakes from the old chimney, Bill and team! Anyone wishes hassle free and worry free chimney work done on their property, this is the team to contact!

What an amazing company to deal with. A responsible, hardworking team that was not only punctual, knowledgeable but so efficient. Two chimneys were restored and done better than the original builder! Bill was quick to arrive for an assessment even during a busy season. Provided several repair and rebuild options. We ultimately decided to rebuild given age of chimney. His team rebuilt the entire chimney from roofline up in a day. Highly recommended!
