chimney and fireplace repair
A tried and true tradesman company. They kept in touch with us. Didn't ask for money until their work was completed on time and on budget. Truly thankful for their craftsmanship.

outdoor brick chimney repair
Bill and his crew repaired our chimney early summer 2022. We highly recommend them. We have never written a review before but are doing so because 1. they did a fantastic job 2. fair pricing 3. came on time, finished on time, left the area clean and tidied up 4. excellent matching of brick 5. our chimney is in a difficult part of the house to access, they set up scaffolding with ease and no disruption to our air conditioner or trees

Bill and crew did an excellent job on my chimney. They were precise in the time they said it would take. Cleaned up afterwards no mess at all. Friendly and professional in all aspect. I will recommend Bill and company to everyone. GREAT JOB!!!!!

Great team. Astounding work.
We're really picky and don't normally ask the same contractor(s) to do any repeat work but shop around unless we fully appreciated what they did in the past for one reason besides the price - We 'trust' their work from what they 'promise'. The Chimney Company Inc. is surely one of them who provided an excellent service over a decade ago. They came back around the end of June 2021 for an entire rebuild work of our chimney. Meanwhile, they respond to our calls and emails promptly regarding confirmation of the date and time before the work started. It only took a few days to complete the work. (p.s. It might take longer depending on the size of your house.) Will we go back to The Chimney Company Inc.? You know our answer!

Why go Elsewhere... 100% Workmanship and Customer Service
I go nowhere else when it comes to Chimney and Fireplace repair / Maintenance. I have extensively and solely used The Chimney Company for the past 15 years. Several Chimney / Fireplace rebuilds for myself, recommended family and friends. Bill Bassels is an ultimate professional, his responsiveness, workmanship and customer service is outstanding. It is a true pleasure to know that you can count on someone when called upon. He's a mainstay in my contacts list and has been for years. Thx Bill!

Chimney rebuild
Very happy with Bill and Ryan's responsiveness, communications and the professionalism of the entire team. Chimney was rebuilt and some additional repair work done at the bottom of one window. Quality work and cleanup. Great work guys! Thanks very much.

Rebuidl Chimney in Markham
Clearly to explain how the processing, how Chimney work, in an friendly, efficiency times frame, and done as per description. costs is reasonable, definitely will recommend this company when anyone needs works.

Chimney Rebuild and shoulder Repair/replace
Professional, Professional, professional!! There is nothing else to say about Bill and his team. From the quick response to my request for a quote, many onsite visits to confirm brick choice and determine the correct scope of the repair to the actual work done. His teams skill, experience and workmanship is nothing short of excellent! Other companies would not take on the job as setting up 35 feet high of scaffolding on an uneven slopped surface was too challenging but Bill and his team of professionals dealt with it with ease. I am super impressed with the quality of work done efficiently in only 1.5 days. Also the attention to cleaning up the work area afterwards so you'd never know they were their! I High recommend Bill and the Chimney Company.

Chimney Rebuild
Bill and his team are nice, friendly and very professional. They did a wonderful job rebuilding my crumbling chimney and replacing bricks at the shoulder section for a very reasonable price. They were good at matching colour of the new bricks to the original ones, I honestly cannot tell the difference. And they cleaned up nicely after the job had finished. If your chimney needed to be repaired, this is the team you should go to, and you won't regret it. Thumbs up!
