I highly recommend The Window & Door Specialist Ltd. to anyone who needs to replace windows. One year after installation of the windows on second floor we decide to replace old frame with stucco. It has impact on all windows that need to be reseal and insulated from outside. We call Louis to provide us with estimates. Few days later Tato came and did all job very professionally and no charge. They said it cover by warranty. Once again, thanks a lot guys. If at any time I will need to deal with windows or doors - I know exactly who going provide me a job!!!

I am a very detailled oriented person with high expectactions. I must say that Louis and his team delivered all I was asking for. Tato did a perfect job. Everything was done the way I expected. I had the company replaced 11 windows of my house in August 2013. I am so happy that I selected the right company who did a very good job. Before I started the project, I searched 4 companies for the project. Window & Door Specialist Ltd. was the only company which came back with detailed windows’ feature and price (14 pages). Very professional! Louis was very nice to work with. Tony is very resourceful . Tato’s installer team did a good job for installation and cleaning. Louis and his team at the Window and Door Specialist installed new windows in the front and side of our house, and replaced our patio door. The quote was very competitive and the service was at all times excellent. They were punctual and professional and the windows look great. We had a little hiccup fitting the shutters on after the window installation but Louis arranged for his team to come back and fix them right away and the finished job was beautiful. How well they dealt with a problem says a lot about the company and I was impressed with the level of service they offered. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I required 6 bedroom windows to be installed at an investment property this past July 2013. After getting 3 or 4 quotes as I always like to do regardless of how many times I have worked with someone, I decided once again to go with Louis and his company, The Window & Door Specialist Ltd. Not only was his price very competitive, but he promised to install Vinylbilt windows that come with a lifetime parts & labour warranty and are a superior product. He delivered on his promise. This is the second time I have used The Window & Door Specialist for work that needed to be done. Louis also provided windows for my late Father on a number of occassions and this is the main reason I have continued to go back to him. If Louis gained the respect and trust of my Father, then there is no higher recommendation I could ask for or want. Louis, the owner and operator of the company is a friendly and honest person who provides quality products at reasonable prices. His installers, Tato and his brother, are hard-working, no non-sense guys who are always willing to answer any questions I may have, and accomodate any requests within reason. They also ensure that they respect the property they are working at and clean up the site following the installation completion. Overall, I am very satisfied with this company and very likely to recommend it to close family and friends.

Had a garden door removed and a new sliding door installed. Because this was in an often unused part of the house, we wanted a simple, inexpensive door. We've use Window & Door Specialist before and were very satisfied so we used them again and were not disappointed. Tony first came to check out our space, and then sent over the installer to do a quick double check. Tony gave us a few options that met our needs. The installation was fantastic. The quality of work was amazing, all holes were filled, all trim was done, and the installer even fixed a wobbly railing that had nothing to do with our door just because he noticed it. The door looks amazing. Couldn't be more satisfied with our decision.

what can i say? - first off, sorry for the delayed review Louis...but better late than never? Great great team to work with. Louis was very patient with us with respect to our first meeting, 2nd meeting and our last meeting before we signed on. We did our homework, asked many questions and Louis was up to the task - answering our questions, having some tea with us etc etc. We went to the showroom saw some of the types of windows that were to be installed. We met Tato, who came by to do the final measurements. We are very very happy with the job done. Louis was great to work with but more importantly, the skills and professionalism of Tato and his team was excellent. He cleaned everything up even going behind some shrubs to collect insulation etc. Again, thanks guys, we look forward to replacing our entrance doors in the next year and will be sure to call you!!!

We were very satisfied with our window project. Louis gave us all the information and did not push for a decision but let us decide in our own time. The installation team was very professional and competent. We would recommend this company.
