My wife and I are very satisfied with all aspects of The Window and Door Specialists! Loius is very freindly and professional. Louis worked around our availability and accomodated us perfectly.Jim the installer was at our house when Louis and I arranged and even contacted me proir to arriving just to make sure the timing still worked. The enclsure was installed quickly and with the quality that is expected from a professional company. We would highly recommend Louis and his Team!

We spoke with the owner Louis, he is very friendly and accomodating. He understand that we were making a significant investment. Louis took his time to listen to what we were looking for and gave some excellent, and relevant, suggestions. The doors arrived in the time Louis said they would. The quality of the doors and the hardware were top of the line. I will be talking to everyone about our new doors and I highly recommend The Window & Door Specialists.

We selected this company to replace our windows and patio doors. I had several estimates from other companies and Tony was able to beat most of them with the same brand of product. The estimated wait time was right on the spot and installation process went smoothly. I’m quite satisfied with the windows, workmanship and overall experience.

Louis and his team were such a pleasure to deal with - I can't recommend his company enough! He estimated and quoted our job on short notice, explained our options and window models and efficencies clearly, quoted our job at rates far lower than competitors, and ensured our greatest satisfaction. Our installer Tato was the cleanest (not easy for an Italian wife), kindest, and and most efficent installer I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They even accomadated a Sunday installation request. Not a bad word to say ... period. Use this company for your next window project, you will not regret it.

This was the best home renovation experience I ever had. Louis and the crew were extremely helpful and courteous. They took their time to make sure I was getting the right windows. I am retired so I have to be very careful with money. So when my bay window was broken by a baseball ball. I look for a company that can repair the window, I could not find a company that gave me a fair price until The Window & Door Specialist came and took the job. They replace the window for the price that other company wanted just for the center glass. The following year I hired them to replace my bedroom window then last year I hired them to replace the basement windows. They did an excellent work. They were on time and clean, I trust this company; they stand behind their product and service. This year as of September 23 they will be replacing all my old windows from my house. I was pleasantly surprise that the windows they will be installing have a manufacture warranty labor and materials for a LIFE TIME.

In 2009 we replaced just about all of the windows in our home. We got multiple quotes from several window & door companies and happily settled on The Window & Door Specialist Ltd. We worked with Louis who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and gave us the best pricing. The company installed the Windows on time as promised but more importantly did an excellent job installing, capping, and cleaning up after the installation. Our new windows completely changed the look and feel of our home. The quality and look of their product was outstanding. They definitely exceeded our expectations but equally as important the new windows decrease our energy bill by at least 40%. We recently moved and quickly realized we missed our windows in our old home. I know it sounds a bit hokey but it’s true… Today we got another quote from Louis and we will be ordering new windows & doors for our new home exclusively from The Window & Door Specialist Ltd. We got a front door installed on a house we just purchased. Dealt with Louis and Tony, both were extremely helpful, and provided all the necessary information for us to decide on the write door. The door was installed to perfection. I would recommend them for other jobs.

We are very satisfied with the whole process - quotation, installation and overall experience to work with “Window Door Specialist”. We received quotes from 4 different companies. Tony provides us with a quotes, give us a good recommendation and suggestions. The quotes were most realistic and honest compare to other companies. Tato and his crew did amazing job – fast, clean and very professionally. He was patient and answered all my questions and even fixed the door that wasn’t in the agreement.
