We had viewed replacing windows and doors as a necessary evil. However, we've very pleased and appreciative of the high quality and new more open look achieved, and also the quieting of outside noises. From the initial phone call with reception, through the product selection process with Louis, to measuring and installation with Tato and his crew, it has been a friendly, efficient, professional, and quite frankly, impressive experience. They get our vote!

Our home looks so different, it's amazing! The quality of product used and the installers were very proffessional. We used to hear the wind whistle through our old frames and doors. Now you don't. Louis was the gentleman who came to give us our initial quote, he was so kind working with our budget and making proffessional suggestions. We love the end product, and so do our neighbors! After doing plenty research, we used the Window and Door Specialist to open up the back wall of our kitchen and add French doors going to the outside. Louis was able to replicate the distinctive look that we pointed out to him in a magazine and adapt it to the complexities of our specific job. We’re in an older house with uneven walls and a lot of character. We also needed the exterior of the door frame to work well with the existing siding we had on our house. He was able to navigate these complexities without a problem. The demolition and installation were quick and efficient. The installers were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The company was able to accomplish all this while providing the best dollar for value for reputation we could find based on our research and experience in dealing with other tradespersons. Their post-sale service is also above and beyond in terms of any follow-up questions we have had. We’ve decided to turn to Louis once again, this time for window work. He’s been able to help us come up with solutions that respect the age and character of our house. We highly recommend the Window and Door Specialist.

I Recently had my double entry door supplied and installed by the window and door specialist. I am so pleased with the end result. The installer was clean and precise, it been a pleasure doing business. I'll be back to have my windows done thanks Louis.

We replaced our windows with the Window & Door Specialist and were extremely satisfied. The price and quality was the best we found. From the start with the estimate from Louis to the installation we were completely satisfied. The installer was punctual and friendly with clean up as he worked. We just recently had all our windows replaced and our house looks amazing! Louis Radocchia, our window specialist was very helpful in helping us choose the right style of window casement that would best suit our home. The windows were delivered on time and in two days I had a total "home facelift". I would definetely recommend The Window and Door Specialist as they were not only knowledgable but also reasonably priced. Thank you to Louis and Tato (our window installer) for everything.

Louis is a nice owner, but nice doesn't mean anything when there are screw-up in he installation. The $9000 front door quality is good. But the installers screwed up by putting a screw through the side panel (attached). It created a hole in the front door. Either the screw is too long, or simply a installation carelessness. Either way, If they call themselves specialists, they better be the experts. I don't see it here. This hole will create water issues. It is not a prefect door now. They did not hook up the alarm system for the door. The trim around round the door was not painted. Door bell installation was installed in a sloppy way.

After getting multiple quotes from different companies and comparing them (price wise and quality wise) we ended up dealing with Windows & Doors specialist. Louis, the business owner, is professional, knowledgeable and cool to deal with. His quote was quite competitive. Also, the installer, Tato, was really hard working,professional and expert in what he was doing. I was so happy with their service and whole experience that I referred them to my brother-in-law and he is getting his windows replaced through this company. I am also planning to call them for replacing the remaining windows in my home. Quality of the material and workmanship are both equally the best. You won't regret dealing with Louis and his great crew.

Company was a referral from Vinylbilt. Louis was professional, knowledgable and offered a very competitive price. Windows were also on time.. Our installers were punctual, professional, hardworking, knew exactly what they were doing. I thought the installation would be a challenge as they were replacing two 9 ft bay windows one above the other but they did a fantastic job. They also did an amazing job of working around existing wall mouldings and wainscotting and I couldn't have been happier. The new window mouldings that were provided to me were certainly an upgrade. The mess was kept to a minimum and they did a great job of cleaning up the work areas inside and out. Would certainly recommend them to anyone.

We hired this company first to replace our front door. We were so happy with the service and product that we immediately hired them to replace several windows at the front of our house. We found Louis to always be professional and courteous. His prices were fair and the workmanship was excellent. He was able to answer all of our questions and provide advice when asked.
