Had 9 windows put in, did the best price and provided good service start to finish, Waqas kept us in the loop from beginning to end. The window city windows were great and the installation was good. No leaking as of yet.

The company sent a great installer who made a great window frame in the kitchen. They fixed the installation problem by the other company and have followed up with me to see if the problem has been resolved. Thanks HomeStars for this great venue to voice our opinion!

I am a new home owner and was shopping around for windows.Didn't have much knowledge, so I really had to take my time and learn. I was really impressed with the service the window and door specialists provided me with.From the sales rep to the installers and the team working in the office.They followed up and made sure work was being done correctly so it was a relief because I didn't have to worry about anything.Thank you so much for your help!!!

I dealt with both salesmen Michael and Louis on two different occasions and they were great. There was never any pressure tactics to buy their product. They gave us a fair price that was well below the competition. Believe me we shopped around and they offered the best product for the price. And when we finally did sign the contract we had no regrets. We had our windows replaced in November during a cold snap that must have been one of the coldest days of the year -- but this did not affect the installation. The Installers were true professionals. They arrived and worked quickly and did an excellent job. After they were done they even came back the next day to make a few unscheduled adjustments that we requested. If you want great windows at a great price then don't look any further than the Windows and Door Specialist.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable, and explained the entire installation to us. Our house looks beautiful thanks to our new windows and the great staff at the Window and Door Specialist. Our house is over 10 years old and already our windows looked bad. Several of our windows had water damage and the paint was chipping and flaking. We didn't know much about replacing windows and found ourselves very lucky to have worked with this company. From the first meeting with the sales rep who came to our house we knew we had picked the right company. The sales rep Michael was very knowledgeable on why our previous windows had started to look so bad and was great at helping us pick out our new windows.
