My friends recommended this company but I had also checked out others. I chose this company because Louis was very pleasant and gave me an estimate way lower than the others. He explained everthing that I needed to know and also answered my questions satisfactorily. Although I waited a little longer to get my door than was promised, the installers made up for it by being prompt and did an excellent job of installing and cleaning up. They even managed to re-connect my alarm. My door was installed in Nov so I am just now enjoying it and am not disappointed.

My husband and I are very please with our new windows, patio doors and screens door. Tony helped us with his suggestions, came over to view the work that had been done and everything was done on time. Installers were fantastic - Tato and his brother were helpful, thorough and did a fast and good job. I would highly recommend this company to our friends.

Windows look fantastic, installers did a great job, company accommodated my schedule, began and completed work as planned and on time. Did have incorrect glass arrive on front door sidelights, but they took care of and corrected matter within 3 weeks of install. Highly recommended. Rob

We have installed windows in our home using Windows and Doors to replace some aging and leaking windows. We were so pleased with the first installation that we decided to change some more for a total of about 20 windows. The vinyl windows are of very good quality, look nice and are smooth to operate. The sales staff and installation crew were very friendly, answered all of our questions and were very efficient and careful during installation. I would highly recommend The Window & Door Specialist.

I am very comfortable recommending Window and Door Specialist’s and will call them when I change my doors.

W&D Specialist were extremely helpful with product selection giving accurate information and recommendations. The job was completed when expected and the workmanship of the installers was excellent. In all cases the people we dealt with were helpful and very pleasant. The finished product is outstanding.

November 25 2011. After meeting with Tony, who provided me with more than enough information to make an informed decision, we decided to go ahead and replace 9 windows on our 40 year old house. Tony is a great guy and really made my wife and I feel comfortable through out the sales process. December 21 2011. Installer by the name of Tato showed up with his crew. THESE GUYS DID NOT MESS AROUND! They got right to work on tearing out our old windows and prepping for the install. Tato took the time to answer all my annoying questions and again made me feel very comfortable. By the end of day 1, all the windows were installed and leveled. I asked Tato what time he would be there the next day to complete the job, (caulking, capping, casing etc..) He told me 830am. GUESS WHAT??? At 830am the next day, Tato and his crew were back to complete the job. They were in no rush to leave, worked a long day to ensure the job was done correctly. If you have had home renos done, then you know a crew that shows up on time and works a long day is a rare thing to find. I cant say enough good things about this crew!! And how great their work was. We love our new windows, not only do they look great and perform great, but our furnace is not working as hard as it was. The quality of VinylBilt windows has not let us down by any stretch. I give Tony, Tato, and VinylBilt windows a definite 10 out of 10!

We recently replaced our windows and entrance doors with The Window and Door Specialist. Michael who was our sales representative was very knowledgable, patient and spent close to 4 hours with us discussing all of our options. It was the first time we've replaced our windows and doors I would have to say it was a pleasant experience. The installation and customer service rendered was very professional. I would highly recommend this company and their team to anyone.

Was reccommeded by my brother who did his windows and doors a few years ago with Window Door Specialists. Toni was very knowledgable and helpful and the installer was great. Will be using them again in the spring when I do my windows.

The installation of the windowss dand shutters occured in 2007, the front door was installed in 2009. Since installation,all items have functioned without any problems. Michael was the sales person responsible forthe 3 projects. He was thorough, knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice. We recommend that anyone considering any of the 3 projects mentioned,would be well advised to seek the assistance of Micael.
