The Top Line duct cleaning crew arrived on-time and explained the process and payment. Cleaned each of the ducts and cold-air returns. They asked to confirm that there were no other ducts or cold-air returns that they may have missed. I appreciated this double-check. They completed the entire cleaning (with a smile) and offered numerous and convenient payment options. Top Line provided a good service.

We just bought a house and refinished our hardwood floors before we moved in, so we wanted to get the ducts cleaned. I called Top Line based on the reviews on this site and they were able to arrange for a technician to come over the same day I called. The gentlemen who came were courteous to run the vacuum hose through my basement window so as to avoid any chance of harming my hardwood floors. They first hooked up the hose to the outlet vent main, and then went through each outlet vent and blew heavy bursts of air in through the vent. They then went back to the basement and pushed all the dust and debris that had collected into the vacuum hose by drilling small access holes which they conveniently plugged. They did the same for the air intake vents, also noting that there were two independent feeds which needed to be done separately. I also had my furnace and air conditioning coils cleaned since it seems the previous owners had never done any cleaning whatsoever. The air feels much better now and I am very satisfied with the service.

TOP LINE DUCT CLEANING INC PROVIDE ME GREAT SERVICE AT MY NEW HOUSE THEY DID REALLY GOOD JOB AT MY HOUSE they hook up 8" suction hose (vacuum hose) from the truck to the main air duct system, warm air duct furnace area, using the shortest possible route they run air compressor hose from the truck to the furthest vent they use high power vacuum,and start cleaning each vent individually belonging to the warm air duct with power of 300 PSI using air gun and snake hoses This blows all the dirt and debris down the pipes and into the main ductwork they use access for air flush system in the main duct and clean all of the main supply ductwork by using an air snake and and various specialty devices.they blows all the dirt and debris back towards the vacuum. then they completed the warm air duct system then they transfer the hose to the return duct system (cold air) and repeat the same procedures After completion of cleaning the main duct system they cover all 8" access panels with aluminum plates and metal screws,with plastic plugs and im very happy with the job done and i recommend to every one to get ur duct cleaning from Top Line Duct CLeaning.

They were very careful inside the house and did a good job. No waiting for an appointment. I thought the final price of $420.00 was bit high given that we have a small house. On the other hand, they did provide professional and courteous service.
