We had our duct and central vaccum cleaning from Top Line and they did very professional job.Raza and John show us previous duct cleaning was,t proper done and they drill lot of hole in to main duct system to cleaning up entire ventelation system which i think it was very important and also they clean our central vaccum which is working better now thanks to Top Line.

My family and I purchased a new house and our ducts were filled with debri. Prior to moving in we wanted to get the ducts cleaned so our family could have the best possible air supply considering my oldest has asthma. We called numerous companies and Top Line Air Duct Cleaning was the only company that could book us on such short notice. We just wanted to thank Top Line Air Duct Cleaning for their great job and short notice availability. We also wanted to thank Melissa for booking our appointment, we are truly satisfied with the great service they provided us with and plan to call them again in the future.

We moved in our 30+ year old house a year ago after the seller completed their renovations. Our son developed athsma, and with two cats, the renos and day to day dust, our vents were filthy. Top Line came in and cleaned the ducts without rushing the job. They provided recommendations and answered every question without being annoyed. They carefully explained what they were going to do at the beginning and throughout the job. Note: There were two gentlemen who arrived in a big truck with a big vacuum on time and made sure they cut the right holes in the right places to ensure an efficient suction. Unfortunately I cannot go in the vents to check, but I am comfortable with the service and would recommend.

Raza and Ahmed came by on short notice and did thorough and relatively quick work. They were also very careful not to damage/mark anything with their equipment. Highly recommended and I would use them again.

They came on time, did a clean work, showed me how dirty some of the vents were before cleaning them, did everything with minimal disturbance. I was very satisfied with them.

I just finished renos and needed the ducts cleaned of all the dust. I called and Top Line was available the next day. They arrive on time, explained the process, and performed the job quickly and efficiently. They took a lot of care to be clean and not disturb the rest of the house. They sealed off all the vents completely. I would recommend to anyone.

i called topline after reading there reviewes on this site i spoke with someone on the phone and they explaned to me the whole package and the price sounded reasonable for the service they were providing. they showed up on time and before they started the work they went over the package with me agian to make sure there was no misunderstanding over the phone. the two men who came to my house was very carefull,the house i just bought was over 30 years old by the look at the dirt in the ducts i don't think they were ever cleaned before. first they connect the vaccum hose in the outlet and cleaned all the outlet vents and after that they put the vaccum hose to the intake and cleaned up all the intakes and after they were done cleaning my ducts they checked my filter and it was filled with dirt and they recommend that i should change my filter every 3 months i appreciate that alot they were very professional and i recommend this company to anyone whos looking to get there ducts cleaned thanks alot topline for the great job

After reading good reviews on HomeStars, I decided to give Top Line Air Duct Cleaning a call. Spoke with Shaun Friday morning, got an estimated quote and booked ab appointment for the same day. The team of two came early and were polite. Shaun took his time to explain the process and was opened to questions. They spent time taping up the vent openings for the vacuum and cleaned each vent opening. They also have a plug for each of the holes drilled in the vent. Overall, they did a good job of cleaning up the ducts. I also got The Deluxe Furnace Cleaning service. The man cleaned the furnace well in no more than half an hour but I felt the service was not worth the extra $150, similar to what J&P in Leslieville felt. I would recommend Top Line for duct cleaning but not the Deluxe Furnace Cleaning service as it didn't justified the price paid. Thanks for reading. _______________________________ Update: Shaun and I had a conversation on Sunday morning, he politely explained to me that the $150 also included the cleaning of A/C coils, not only the Deluxe Furnace Cleaning service. Shaun also advised me that their price is already lower than the other service providers and they take responsibility if any furnace, A/C parts breaks due to their cleaning. This would explain why he asked me to turn on the furnace or A/C to make sure it is functioning properly. This is a misunderstanding on my part, I did not know A/C Coil Cleaning was included. I have changed my rating from an 8 to a 10. Thank you Shaun & Top Line!

They showed up on time, did a quick and professional job (picking up a LOT more debris than the previous duct cleaners), and they were really nice guys. They double-checked vent locations. They even worked around the cats. If you are going to get your ducts cleaned, btw, you only need to provide access to the vents -- you do not have to remove the covers. They will apply tape to block all intakes and heating vents, using a central suction tube from the truck outside the home to clean the entire system. (This may save you some time.)
