    new pool liner

    Thanks to the entire team at Total Tech. They're super professional, courteous and everything was completed on time. I contacted three other companies but decided to go with Total Tech after checking on Home Stars and seeing they have a store location which offers a wide range of services and products. I chose the dark blue liner which looks fabulous and all was done in time to celebrate my grandaughers 18th birthday. Thank you again for a job well done Wanda P Brampton

    Pool Pump Issues

    We bought a very expensive pool pump and had issues with the pump chirping. There are videos out on the internet showing this issue on the same pump. Every time Total Tech pools came to bat and we received a replacement pump. This year we had the same experience with the pump just before the warranty expired and Jean Szarek managed to get us a new pump which is working great so far. I have dealt with Jean for a few years as a pool tech specialist and now as the manager. He is very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and is a pleasure to deal with. We have also purchased other equipment through Total Tech pools have been extremely happy with the service provided.

    Great service and support on pool heater

    Our pool heater died long before it should have and of course after warranty expired. Dave went to bat for us, even though he did not sell us the heater. Convinced the manufacturer to step up. Ended up with a great deal in a replacement. Always find TotalTech to be conscientious about there guidance at the store. Highly recommended.

    New Liner Installed.

    Great job by Andrew and Kevin. Very efficent and professional with the install. Took the time to explain what was needed to complete the job. The quality of the liner is better than the original. Thanks Dave. Good Team on Staff.

    New Pool Liner and New Pool Cover

    Whatever you do, don't deal with this company. Their workmanship is extremely poor. They installed a new liner in our inground pool and broke the coping in several areas. One of the installers even stated that this is common when they install new liners. We then bought a new winter pool cover from them and realized that the new cover can't fit into the track since the coping was broken in many areas. Due to this the cover had to be duct taped in several stops. When we told Terry, the Manager at the time, he apologized and offered to open our pool with a $200 discount. We told him we have no use for the pool cover and would need to get a safety cover; we asked if we could get a partial refund for the cover we bought. Terry told us the owner said no. When we spoke to the owner he was extremely rude and accused us of breaking the coping. Extremely unprofessional. There are way better pool service companies in Oakville.

    We installed a new liner for Kamran in July 2010 and there were no issues with the liner.Kamran then purchased a vinyl lock-in cover in October of 2010. A lock-in cover is installed into the pool coping. Kamran closed his own pool and installed his own lock-in cover. In the process of doing this he damaged the coping which also impacted the liner as they both connect to the same track. Several independent experts confirmed this and Kamran was ordered to pay. We always strive to provide the highest levels of service and our technicians are highly trained , certified , licensed year round team members. The technician that installed the liner has been with us over 20 years and installs over 100 liners per season.

    Unbeatable pool service!!

    Fabulous service for opening and closing our pool every year. They have installed a new heater, a new pump and just put in our new liner. Great products and fabulous service ! The staff in the store are knowledgable and honest about the products. We have had pool for 33 years and highly recommend Total Tech. And they love to feed their clients with ice cream and popsicles in the store and a incredible BBQ in April every year !!

    Refurbished Pool

    I hired Total Tech to refurbish my swimming pool and to install a new deck around it. I also had them put in a new winter pool cover. They were relatively neat and usually on time. I am very happy with the outcome, they did a great job!

    Pool Closing

    I have been dealing with Total Tech Pools for years They close my pool every year and I never have any complaints. They are always on time and their prices are comparable to other pool companies. They will continue to be my go to pool company. Thanks again!!

    Open/Close Pool

    I've been working with Total Tech for a long time now. They open and close my pool every year and I go to them for advice on issues about the water. They are always great help! Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for service for their pool!
