    Pool Opening very disappointed

    This is the second time that I used them, giving them the benefit of the doubt that had a bad employee last time. They are useless. They came for a pool opening and did vertually nothing. Took the cover off, did not clean the pool, check the equipment or make sure anything was running. Left the pool cover by the side of the pool all crinkled up, left the jet plugs all over the pool deck so 1/2 are missing. Now have to get someone in to clean, someone in to start equipment.

    pentair mastertemp 250 heater

    After 5 seasons of reliable use, my Pentair pool heater began acting up... I sat down with the total tech pool associates describing the problem I was having and was able to resolve the issue through the expertise and knowledge of Total Tech staff. Great Job

    new liner for pool

    Total Tech Pools installed our new liner. My husband and I were blown away with the excellent Customer Service that was provided throughout our entire project with Total Tech. Andrew was on site at our house with his helper and he was not only super friendly, but his great customer service and knowledge of pools was by far so much better then any other pool company we have ever used. They did an awesome job of installing our liner and it looks amazing! We will be recommending Total Tech to all of our friends and family. Thanks Andrew....great job!! Jon and Jennifer Knight

    Pool renovation

    We have decided to hire Total Tech Pools for our pool renovation project after contacting and reviewing 3 other pool companies. Dave's Team did a great job overall, helping us make the right decisions at the onset by providing valuable feedback and insights, starting the work as promised and delivering on time. We have decided to hire Total Tech Pools to service our pool as well, an obvious decision based on Dave's and his crew's friendly customer service. Best pool service in town by far, reliable advice, quality work and amazing valuable service. Highly recommended!

    Great service, great attitude at a fair cost. Highly recommend!

    Excellent service! I enjoyed very much my interaction with Total Tech Pools. They were able to schedule my pool opening quickly, after a short notice. They gave me a reminder call that I appreciated and the crew came on time and was highly efficient! I'm completely new to pool ownership and maintenance but the crew (Lyndon and James) were patient enough to walk me through every aspect of my system. I also appreciated the discounted rate of a "partial pool opening" I received for having drained the water sitting on top of the pool cover in advance. Great service, great attitude at a fair cost. Highly recommend!

    Pool Service

    Hey Dave, I was in your shop today and was amazed at the service. The person who handled the water Testing was knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. I bought 3 bags of salt and some shock pages for the pool. I went to my car to open the trunk so I could go abc and forth to get the 3 salt bags but by the time I got there, the testing guy and another guy I was in your shop today and was amazed at the service. The person who handled the water Testing was knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. I bought 3 bags of salt and some shock treatment for the pool. I went to my car to open the trunk so I could go back and forth to get the 3 salt bags but by the time I got there, the testing guy and another guy were at my car with the bags. Be proud of your people, polite, trustworthy, hustlers and great personal skills.

    Total Tech Service is above all others

    I have used Total tech for all my pool needs for 5 years. Friends of mine spend $1,000's a year on pool chemicials etc. On my first visit to Total Tech, I asked Dave "why has your team only recommended a few chemical additions to my pool?" "my friends all add this, or do that everytime it rains etc". Dave's answer was simple and true- "I can sell you all the chemicals you want, but our business is built on the long term relationship with have with you. If you don't really need something, we are not going to tell you to use it". I recently had my water tested by Total Tech and another Oakville pool company. I brought the report into Dave and as expected, I didn't need at least half of what they wanted me use (and buy). Always professional, always a good price (plus my kids love the Popsicle and ice cream)! Thanks Total Tech.

    Pool renovation and service

    Total Tech Pools has been servicing my pool for about 15 years+. I engaged them for a pool reno, which was exemplary. They continue to provide excellent service, above and beyond.

    Outstanding Business

    We were referred to Total Tech by a neighbour about 4 years ago and started going there for our pool chemicals. We were happy with their competitive prices, however; it's was their people that most impressed us. We have had some equipment issues since our pool was installed in 2012. Although Our pool & equipment were not purchased from Total Tech they have always been more than happy to come diagnose and fix the issues. The owner, Dave, himself has come to help us out with a problem, even though it was after hours. That says a lot about a company. We have & will continue to recommend Total Tech to anyone and everyone. As the saying goes: 'you can please some of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time.' I don't think Dave & his people believe in this, as it seems like their mission is to please everyone always.

    Pool Inspection

    We reached out to Total Tech Pools to do an inspection on a pool at a home we were going to buy. The selling agent was promoting the pool as part of the prestige and beauty of the property, but given it was an old pool we were not comfortable taking the Realtor’s word for it. David’s inspection saved us thousands of dollars as the pool was at its life’s end. David’s inspection revealed that the pool needed an overall pool restoration in the $60,000 to $80,000 range, due to the structural damage to the pool and most of the equipment, and there was a potential underground leakage which may not be visible. We are very grateful for David’s extensive experience and level headed advice.
