I had total tech open my pool for the first time. I was amazed at the care and passion they had. The crew leader Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful at the opening. He went the extra mile and put my liner back in the track which was out in over 10 different places. Other companies would of charged me 200+ dollars to do so in previous openings. I highly recommend and stand by total tech.

This is a pool company that epitomizes the owners outlook on business Customer Service first Expertise Treat people well and with respect I have had the usual pool issues, leaks, new liners required, new equipment required all handled with total efficiency and perfection. This company hits it out of the park every time. Service, opening, closing..water testing...customer service 5 stars. They do the little things that matter.. really well. I look forward to the bbq and sale day.

The staff at total tech pools where extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I just moved into my home and this is my first pool. They know their stuff! Im looking forward to working more with them in the future for what ever my pool needs are!!

Buyer Beware, not a company of integrity. Will never use them or shop there again. We did some price shopping for the closing of our pool and the repair of a few concrete anchors to hold our pool cover. I was given a competitive price for one service call to complete both items from 3 companies and ended up going with Total Tech. When the guys arrived to do the work, I was informed that only the pool closing was going to be completed and I would have to call to set up an additional service call for the repair of the concrete anchors to hold the winter cover, which would come at an additional cost to me. I was told that the receptionist booking the calls had misinformed me - "she is old" was the excuse given. I spoke to the GM to address my concern of the additional cost which may have prompted me to go with another company had I known, and I was told bluntly, that despite this being an error on their part, and I will be incurring additional cost because of it, they are not willing to do anything to rectify their mistake. In trying to elevate my concern to the owner David, after several failed call attempts, I received a voicemail from him indicating that the two items I requested are separate jobs, and I needed to book them as such - not addressing my concern or their error at all. Brutal. You can't trust they will complete the job as outlined, and they don't care to fix their errors when mistakes are made. Not a company I would ever trust or hire.

I have been using Total Tech Pools since 2008 after switching over from 2 other companies. I find their quality of service/sales/ and general knowledge of the industry exceptional. The staff are always updating their skills through education and you don't see a great turnover. To me, that's says they throughly enjoy their jobs. The company has won numerous awards and stands by their products and service. The owner of Total Tech is a hands on employee and will go the extra mile to provide his clients with the service each and everyone one of us have come to expect from this Award Winning Company. I certainly do not regret my move to Total Tech. All that is left to say, is the it's a great company which sets high standards for it's employee's who ultimately deliver the great service to their clients. Dave and his team at Total Tech have been amazing on all fronts. They are very knowledgeable on water testing and balancing with detailed instructions on how to remedy. Dave researched how to sync various systems when I wanted to install a high efficiency pool pump. Their pool closing service was impeccably done. Thank you Dave and team. I highly recommend Total Tech to my friends.

I own a pool a.k.a. JEAN DESJOYAUX POOLS. Most pool companies simply shrug their shoulders when I have approached them with this brand as it was distributed for a very short time in Ontario. Total Tech always rises to the occasion and with the advice, confidence and reassurance that a customer needs to make decisions. They neve rhave pressured me to replace my pool, which would have been more beneficial for Total Tech, to the contrary they have always tried to do what's best for my family.
