Terrible Experience
Got my yard landscaped in the summer of 2017 which included new soil and sod. Hired Weed-A-Way that Fall and for the entire season of 2018. Was promised to get notifications 1-day in advance of visit, never happened. Was promised that any weeds on the lawn would be taken care of, there are weeds all over my lawn. Bald spots along the edges of my grass, no over-seeding even though my package displayed that over-seeding would be included. Yellow patches everywhere and was told that it’s because the grass in my backyard is competing with the tree for water. Doesn’t explain much for the front of my house as we don’t have trees in the front. Boulavard is filled with Crab Grass. Was told by a representative Morgan that it would all be taken care of. Looks horrible. Might I add that Morgan felt the right to yell at me in my last call to Weed-A-Way.
Representative Nisha promised to book a visit in for 6-weeks in a row. That lead to me calling and speaking with her 6 times and each time she promised that someone would be out the next week. Never happened.
To top it all off, the residual amount they sent me after I told them that I want to cancel services for the remainder of the season, was $70 short of what I was supposed to get.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. You’re better off paying a little more and recieving a reliable service. I paid them to ruin my lawn.
