I very much enjoy the service that Weed Away has provided us over the last few years. We started with them about 3 seasons ago because we had no time to do the work ourselves. Our lawn now always looks good and we are happy to pay for the service. I don't usually see the people who come to the house because we are at work, but find the information they leave very useful. Any questions we had were answered quickly by their customer service. We will use you guys again for the upcoming season.

I’m new to weed away lawncare this year. I must say my wife and I are really excited and happy with our lawn this year. We have signed up with weed away for next season as well. We have already told our friends about the great service we had. Tyler was our technician for most of the year and he is such a nice person and did a great job at giving me knowledge on how to keep my grass green. My issue was I was cutting my lawn too short and I didn’t realize this until he pointed it out to me. Anyway thanks weed away I hope you appreciate my review.

We were very pleased with the services provided by Weed Award this year. Staff has been always helpful and our grass is in great shape now! We were also pleased with the evaluation and progress from the lawn which the company gave us throughout the season! Thanks again!

When I first moved in two years ago, my lawn was the worst looking on the street. The previous owners did not do anything to control weeds or encourage grass growth. I ordered there their services to start improving the lawn. Within our first summer with them, our lawn became full of grass and no weeds. Now our lawn is the greenest and fullest lawn on the street. I am very pleased with the level of expertise that is displayed by the company. They provide me with a report card that lets me know if I am watering enough or not enough, and other tips for maintaining a healthy lawn in between there their visits. I have recommended these guys to all my neighbors and anybody else that wants a great lawn care company to provide for you.

I started with Weed Away Home Lawn Care last year and have been very impressed with the service I've received, as well as the results for my lawn! Despite last summer's dry weather and minimal rainfall, my lawn stayed thick and green with very little watering required. I'm very particular when it comes to looking after my lawn. The over-seeding applications have virtually eliminated any weeds I previously held by crowding them out with fresh, new blades of grass. Several of my neighbors have commented on how nice my lawn looks and I have recommended Weed Away to all of them, without hesitation. I'm looking forward to the start of another season.

These guys really helped us out with our lawn and now it looks green and lush we are going to stick with the program for 2019 again and hopefully we continue to have the same success.

These guys really helped turn our lawn around by the beginning of spring I contacted them to get rid of my weeds and help grow the lawn. My grass looks great right now and I'm excited for next year because the lawn should be nice for the entire season now that all the work has been done

After a new irrigation system install, which involved newly turfing the back yard (and patching a front lawn that has weeds), thought I'd get in a company to treat the front lawn - I asked them NOT to aerate the back or apply any treatment if it would compromise the new turf. I emailed and asked for them to confirm - which they did. See photo of email. The same day, I returned home I saw that aeration HAD occurred and worse, I could see the underside of some of the new turf and in areas the aeration machine had munched up the grass to the point soil is showing that had been stomped back into place. My husband and I went around replacing the sod back into its bed. Upset? You bet. I'm furious. I asked if they did the work themselves or subcontracted it out and the guy I spoke to said it was his company but I'm wondering now how this sort of thing could happen. I will refresh this review if I hear from the company as to what they intend to do to remedy this situation. I could cry. UPDATE: The photos are from the 21st Sept. the damage was done on the 8th Sept and it looked MUCH worse then. My irrigation company voided its warranty on the system and the new turf. The company took 4 days to respond - his entire focus was on my review which he thought was "harsh". As for the damage to my lawn they feel my lawn looks "great" and that "nothing could make me happy". Their tone is very very rude - belligerent. Both Kevin and his son say I should accept that "mistakes happen" and the company exhibits a complete lack of accountability or even empathy. Surprising for a service company at pains to say they are dedicated to client service. In every single interaction the focus is on the review and not how to fix their mistake. They even insisted on calling my landscaper - why, I'm not sure. I've asked for a refund. I regret working with this company - it has been stressful. The photos are from today - it looked much worse 10 days ago. My original landscaper is coming back to remediate the areas of my concern of my new sod. This review is an accurate and truthful representation of my experience with this company. They offered me a refund - but sent me $164 of my $329. They actually charged me for the core aeration. Stellar. Avoid.

I have very bad experience with this company, I have paid them advance almost two months before they conduct first visit to treat the WEED at my back and front yard. Their technician visit my lawn 03 times only with very bad job performance the weeds everywhere at the back and front yard. I had contact them to find out what is going on they told me they fired the technician but I didn’t get any replacement or follow with them, later on I sent email to the company owner Mr. Kevin on July 25 2018 asking to refund my money and I didn’t get any response from him or his customer service, by the way I don’t think they good customer service. I had phoned this company 4 times and the last time the owner promised that he will refund my money and until this date 30 Aug 2018 I didn’t get back nothing. Finally it was bad experience with unprofessional people and I don’t recommend this company at all to my family or friends. Pierre Hayek
