    Lawn care

    I often looked at other people's lawns and wondered how they got them so green and healthy. . When I started looking for a lawn company I chose Weedaway because the company has been in business for many years with the same owner and because of all of that experience they were very knowledgeable. Weedaway gave us great service, and most important great results. I think other people now look at my lawn and wonder how it got so green and healthy!

    Lawncare

    Great Service and Great Job. Kevin and Carol were friendly and easy to deal with. They did a great job with our lawn (we had lots of weeds!) Thanks Weedaway

    Lawn Care

    I have been involved with Weed-A-Way on and off over the years and find I keep coming back because they do stand up to their service. I realize that a good green lawn takes work on my part too but fighting weeds can be difficult....if the weeds are not in check Weed-A-Way with their guarantee service level will come out as many times as it takes. They have been helpful by educating me on how to keep up my lawn between services and encouraged me to call if I am having problems. Thank you... looking forward to a new season!

    Lawn maintenance

    We have used Weed-a-Way for our lawn maintenance needs for many years. We've always received great service, from their knowledgeable people, and have become very comfortable taking their advice on issues we have encountered over the years. We have grandchildren and pets and have stressed to our Weed-a-Way representative, Morgan, how important it is that we receive advance notice of their visits and when they do visit, the security of our yard is very important. They have always recognized our concerns in this area and followed our instructions completely. We enjoy our lawn and gardens year after year and very much appreciate Weed-A-Ways professional help in contributing to our enjoyment.

    lawn service

    I use weedaway in the spring for my topsoil delivery, and am very pleased with the price, punctuality and quality of the product. I would recommend this company to anyone considering these services

    Lawn Care

    I am going into my fourth year using Weed-a-way and have to say my overall experience with the company has been far greater then any other I've used in the past. Not with withstanding a few hiccups as no experience is perfect, their customer service is helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly listen to me when I have a question or concern about my property. I have had the pleasure of talking one an one with a few of their long standing lawn technicians and have to say I appreciate them taking the time to make me feel appreciated as a loyal client. In a highly competitive industry with many fly by night companies, I feel 40 plus years in the industry equates to them providing above average results to their clients. P.S I would also like to point out that when they took over my property it was in rough shape. They explained to me it would take a combination of our efforts to get it back, I listened, did what they suggested and my lawn is better then ever.

    Service

    I don't know what I would have done without weed away lawn care I was planning on resodding my lawn because it was in horrible shape. I spoke to one of their techs and he told me exactly what to do. He told me it would take a little time for the lawn to come back but he promised me that I wouldn't have spend the amount of money if I had to re sod. It's been a season and a half and this will be my 3rd year with them and my lawn looks the best it has ever been. Thank you weedaway for helping me achieve exactly what I wanted

    Lawn care

    Weed-a-way is one of the greatest companies I know out there and I have tried many. The people who work there are great and know what their talking about also very well educated in the field and that's one thing I love in a company. My lawn looks beautiful and I love how it looks in the spring and summer months I've neer ever seen my lawn this green. The technicians most deffinately know what their doing in terms of lawn care awesome company and I see nothing wrong with them I recommend them to all the people I know!! Weed-a-way you guys have restored my lawn and I love it . Thank You

    Black Garden Soil

    In April 2014 I ordered by phone a bag of Green Earth soil from weed-a-way, specifying it is for growing organic vegetables. Although the price on the website was stating $118.95, the lady on the phone was asking me for $135.00 and decided to charge me the price on the website plus tax after mentioning it (total 134.41). The delivery was prompt. However, when I opened the bag the aspect of the soil was interesting, as it had mostly vegetable debris in different stages of decomposition. However, we moved the 1t of soil in the garden. I purchased vigorous vegetable plants from several gardening centres and planted them in two separate patches, the week after Victoria Day. Right after planting them and watering them properly I have noticed they started to become yellow. None of them died but they remained the whole summer and part of the fall at the same size or close, as at the time I purchased them. While most of the plants in the rest of the garden were thriving, the plants growing on the soil purchased from weed-a-way remained yellow or reddish and did not bear fruits. The different types of tomatoes stayed under 30 cm and developed some fruits that birds and squirrels ignored. In August I submitted to weed-a-way pictures taken at different times during the summer and a request for reimbursement and removal of soil. None were answered. I have to pay a toxic waste disposal company to remove the soil as I believe it had some toxic substances mixed in since most of the plants were getting a yellow or reddish colour while not growing. I wish I have read the reviews on this website before ordering and I hope more people are reading so they don`t poison their gardens like I did.

    Lawn care

    I have been using this company for 4 years. In terms of lawn care technicians' work, I could see their efforts and the results are OK given the severe weed problem in the surrounding area of my property. The thing I don't understand is their staff's attitudes. The company may need to retrain its staff to treat their customers respectfully. Rude attitude doesn't help them retain their customers. I am reading the reviews and still hesitating whether I should continue using this company or switching to a different one.
