On August 27. 2008, I hired Aviv plumbing for fix a leaky faucet in the the kitchen. The wood around the faucet was also starting to rot. Although the worker recommended an all in one sink to fix the problem, I chose to have the area of the faucet secured. The worker replaced the faucet because the present faucet irreparable and he also secured the wood supporting the faucet. It was a tough small job but the worker was successful. This is the second time I've used Aviv plumbing and both times the work was done well.

My troubles started when my basement sump pump and back up pump stopped working due to a pipe failure resulting in a burnt out pump. Since rain was in the forecast I called around frantically for someone to fix the problem and after numerous calls Simi from Aviv Plumbing agreed to address the emergency situation after normal working hours. Simi arrived after an hour and worked to temporarily patch the problem until it could be addressed properly with a new pump. He was knowledgeable and courteous but most of all cared enough to take on an emergency situation even though it was late in the evening....for that I was grateful. After the weekend I called Michael of Aviv who agreed to install a new sump pump and back up pump that day. By mid morning he and Simi arrived with parts in hand and proceeded to replace my sump pump system. Once the installation was completed we discovered the system was making a hammering noise after the sump pump turned itself off. Michael agreed to investigate the situation and get back to me with a solution. A week later Michael installed a new check valve which solved the problem at no additional cost to me. Aviv is a company that is honest, takes pride in what it does, and operates with integrity. They have earned my business and loyalty by the way in which they have conducted themselves. Thank you!

Raphie from Aviv plumbing recently fixed my leaking bathtub. He was extremely punctual and courteous- even wore protective covers on his shoes- which does not happen too often! He fixed the problematic tub quickly and also pointed additional problems with the bathroom and was able to recommend solutions to it. thank you for a great service! I will certainly use Aviv in the future.

Mike came by the day I called and fixed an outside water line in under an hour. Mike then helped out offering advice about several other potential projects and issues around the house. The entire time he was friendly, professional and helpful.

I inherited a home with a leak in the bathtub. Aviv Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend and I called them and they were fabulous. They came promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, got back to me immediately and when the problem proved a little more complex, they were able to help me out again and even recommend other trades to faciliate the quick and painless execution of the job. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues - they are fast, dependable, reasonable and neat.

Aviv Plumbing has been to my home on 3 separate occasions. Each instance they were punctual, tidy, informative and honest with me. I really appreciate the high quality parts they use for household plumbing repairs. I have been highly satisfied with the work done by Michael and Raphie.

Toilet blocked last night with foreign object. Non urgent situation. I called and left a message if someone could contact me in the morning. Earl returned call in late evening making sure I turned off the water. Quick, efficient and diagnosed my toilet as "lazy". Aviv and Earl are my new plumbing go to people! Resonable rates as well.

Good: Aviv came out within 90 minutes of my call (5 other companies said 'next week, maybe'), quickly fixed a kitchen faucet that had defied my prior repair attempts, and gave good advice that saved me from buying a whole new washing machine. Not-so-good: The diagnosis for the main reason for the call, a leaking toilet - that it was just sweating in humid weather - ultimately turned out to be wrong - there was actually a leak in the supply line behind the wall. To be fair, though, there were other signs that pointed at sweating, so can't really blame them too much, esp. since I was willing to give the anti-sweating fix (i.e. towels under the toilet tank during the sweatiest weather) a try.

We were very pleased with choosing Aviv plumbing for our small plumbing job. Raphie was the rep sent by Michael and I was very pleased with his thorough assessment of our needs. He completed the job exceptionally well and we will definitely use Aviv plumbing for our plumbing needs. Thank you Raphie.

I have dealt with many trades in my time and not one has come even close to Aviv Plumbing. They are reliable , honest,reasonable rates, and do excellent work. I would highly recomend any person looking for a plumber to call Aviv.
