I've used Aviv Plumbing twice for plumbing repairs at our house. Both times I've been extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the expertice of the guys (I've had both Michael and Raphie do work at our house). I will continue to call them whenever I have a plumbing problem...big or small. They are honest, reasonably priced and are easy to get a hold of. I've already recommended them to friends.

Service is good. My issue is with cal out fee and i dont know if its industry standard or just plain gouging, but a fee of $120 just to ring your doorbell is ridiculous. Surgeons dont charge that much $40 would easily cover fuel and time to ring a doorbell Again, all plumbers might charge this, i just think its taking advantage

mthis company responded so quickly to my non emergency during the week of Christmas. They are professional, quick to serve and don't leave a mess behind. I have been using them for years for all types of plumbing issues and have found them to be knowledgable and stand behind there work.

My brother was having trouble at his place and asked if I could find a plumber. These guys came out fixed the problem he had (dont ask me what it was though). Fixed it the next day and all was well. They even fixed a leak we had for free (although it only took the guy less than 10 seconds.

We have used the services of Aviv plumbing several times now and they have always been excellent. They are reliable and accessible. They are always on time as arranged and will stay with the problem until it is resolved. They are pleasant and professional. The staff have easy access to the company owner and are able to consult with him while on the job. Our most recent experience was with Raphie who was knowledgable and a pleasure to communicate with.

All the workmen at Aviv are polite, highly skilled, knowledgeable and reliable. They return your calls promptly and arrive on time. Raphie is a dynamo toilet installer! We highly recommend Aviv for all your plumbing needs.

I called Aviv Plumbing on Sunday afternoon and received a call back 8 am Monday morning. Erle arrived within 1.5 hours later. Erle was professional, very knowledgeable and tidy. He wore booties over his shoes and cleaned up after removing the bathroom fixture. Terrific work at a reasonable price. Will be scheduling additional work in the near future and I would not hesitate to recommend Erle at Aviv Plumbing to others.

We called Aviv to get an estimate for our new home where there was no laundry facilities. We asked Michael to quote on putting the facilities next to a washroom: he took a look in another room and told us that there was possibly pipes behind that wall and that if so, it would be much cheaper. We chose that option, he was right and it made a huge difference to the price. While they were there we had them also fix a leak (turned out to be the faucet so they replaced that) and fix the shower. All for much less than any plumber had quoted us for the laundry job alone (no one else had mentioned the other option). We were very pleased and will definitely hire them again in the future.

So we had calls in to several companies... They were all pretty busy Michael Aviv said he'd have someone check in an hour Within that time Erle came saw and fixed I will be calling them again and recommending them too!!

Although we arranged a service call (to replace the toilet) at 16:00, Erle was in the area and we agreed to meet at 14:15. The level of professionalism was very impressive and the installation was seamless. I'm very impressed with Erle; he was quite friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Thanks for great job well done.
