I purchased and had installed a high efficiency washer and dryer recently..........The salesman, LAWRENCE, once again did a terrific job of providing information and asking the right questions to have me get the most appropriate and best priced appliances to meet my needs. He was very professional and straightforward in his explanations and suggestions. I had dealt with LAWRENCE on previous occasions having purchased kitchen appliances from him the previous year and other appliances for rental properties. On all occasions LAWRENCE was efficient and honest and cared about doing a really good job. This was very reassuring and much appreciated. During delivery and installation both DEEP and MANJ were also very professional. They phoned ahead and arrived when they said they would. The machines were quickly and carefully installed and cleanup was great. Both young men were personable and readily answered my questions. They were well-mannered and knew their product well. All in all it was a great experience and I will not hesitate to make Handy Appliances my go-to store and will recommend LAWRENCE, DEEP and MANJ as excellent service providers.

My range was not working and I had a dinner party coming up. I phoned Handy Appliances in the morning and Jasneet arranged for Gary to come by that afternoon. Problem solved. I appreciated their quick response and Gary's simple solution to my situation; it would have been easy for him to order parts etc.

Employee Chris was very polite and worked hard to help indentify the parts as I didn't give him much to work with such as serial #s I had been in a few days earlier and had a bad experience with another employee and if it had not been for Chris I swore I would not return to the store.

It always comes down to price and service. The price was right and Lawrence, Deep and Tag provided excellent service. I have dealt with Handy in the past and will always do so. Thank you for the exceptional customer experience. April

The stove element burnt out and I got a replacement part right away. Great Service all around from friendly and knowledgable staff. Would recommend to others with out any hesitation.

I have been dealing with Handy Appliances for several years now. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The girls in the service department (Anastasia, Nenita and Jasneet) are really friendly and helpful. They deliver exceptional customer service. We have used Handy Appliances on numerous occasions - repairs to fridges and stoves, as well as purchasing several stoves, for rental suites, ourselves and our business. Their repair technicians are honest and their prices for repair are very reasonable. Their prices are good - generally in line with the big chains, and their sales services is great. Today we purchased a stacking laundry set for our home from Rocky and a nice fellow named Manj (I think?) helped me load it up and tie it down. We will continue to use Handy and recommend them to our friends!

I contacted Handy Appliances to diagnose and repair my Bosch cooktop that was constantly alerting an error code. Jasneet set-up the service call and confirmed the date and time the day prior. Roger was friendly upon diagnosing the issue and was quick and efficient when repairing my cooktop, which was more cost efficient than replacing my cooktop. I would highly recommend Handy Appliances, and would utilize their services in future if necessary.

I've been coming to this place for years. figured I should write a review.. this is THE appliance place if you are looking for the best non haggling price in appliances and I would say best overall prices if you are purchasing entry level appliances. I shopped at Coast for a long time, but when my regular sales guy retired, so did my good pricing, so I had to start shopping around. I work for a management company so I need to buy rental suite appliances all the time. We deal with Laurence at Handy most of the time, really nice, helpful and informative guy who always returns my calls. They also seem to be one of the only places that stock smaller size/apartment sized appliances regularly.

I called Handy Appliance Repair for a recent problem with my dishwasher. Gary, the technician came out, he was on time, respectful and obviously very experienced and competent. He fixed my dishwasher in no time, and further cleaned it out and checked it over for any other issues. (Something the other repair company did not do). He even taught me how to use it properly and how to do small maintenance myself. 4 days later, I had inadvertently punctured the inside door with a knife. I called and spoke to Gary to ask advice. He told me a could seal it up with Silicone. When he found out I didn't have any in the house, he offered to come back and seal the puncture with silicone himself at the end of his day, which he did, and he did not charge me for! Big thanks to you Gary! I really appreciate all that you did!
