My fridge broke this week and I needed a replacement fast. Lawrence at Handy Appliances spent a lot of time on the phone with me. I was limited because of the narrow interior doorway into my kitchen. But, we were able to find one and it was delivered within two days. All the staff I dealt with were helpful and knowledgeable.

We've recommended to Handy Appliances by our contractor. The goal was to replace all the appliances when doing our Kitchen Renovation so we need a lot of info. We really appreciate the sales person, Lawrence for his patience and honesty. We could have walked away without his detail description since there are many stores sell the same brands. The service afterwards was excellent. I reported to Lawrence about the noise of the frig. but din't expect they can really do anything about it. A technician came in to check and then came back again to fix the little problem. I have to say this is the best experience we have with companies that deal with appliances.

I have used the services of Handy Appliances for many years for anything from major appliances to small part replacements. This last visit to Handy Appliances I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris and Anastasia. I was made to feel welcome and felt like they were not only competent, but actually liked their job! we had a blocked dishwahser and Handy Appliances were on time, quick, efficient and done in about 15 minutes! I was exceptionally greatful since I was rushing home on my lunch break to get the dishwasher looked at.

Eight year old washer broke and needed diagnosis. Technician Gary and rep Jasneet were efficient, polite, and competent. Due to a cancellation, Gary was able to come early and arrange a specific time (how often does THAT happen?) Will definitely use them again.

I am a property manager and need all kinds of different appliances and servicing to old machines at competitive prices and they have always come through for me. He did a terrific job providing all the info that I needed in order to take a decision on what I should buy. Delivery was prompt and courteous by Deep & Manj. They were careful inside our home, friendly, polite, professional, and paid attention to all the details. Handy Appliances delivered exceptional customer service. Deep and Joti who delivered our new fridge to our apartment were incredibly polite, and kind. They suggested we switch the side our new refrigerator door would open to after assessing it may block proper access to kitchen cupboard. They quickly disassembled and reassembled the door on the correct side without stress, and were happy to do so. The delivery was quick, but also we felt like they truly cared that we were satisfied with our new fridge. Thanks guys!
