As a busy owner of a business, I normally don't take the time to post reviews. I felt compelled, however, to let people know how pleased we are with Handy Appliances' customer service. We have used them for several years and have purchased several appliances from them. We have found their customer service and support to be nothing short of outstanding. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for appliances. A special shout our to Rocky, Manj, and Deep for going the extra mile!

I was very happy with the service Deep and Manj provided while installing my new washer and dryer. They went extra mile to make sure it would fit in my small space.

Deep & Mang were very professional, polite and efficient. They arrived on site on time, removed and installed equipment without any damage to the suite / building and even took the packing cardboard with them. Very impressed!

Deep was very helpful and friendly with loading the stove into my truck, and took away all the excess cardboard i didnt want to throw out later. he also check the stove with me, to make sure it was in perfect shape.

Deep & Taj brought our new Samsung washing machine to our apartment and hooked it up. They were quick knowing how to set it up and test it. They made sure the floors were protected while the moved the old washer and reassembled the stacking dryer. They made sure to take away any garbage and leave our apartment clean. I have been dealing with Handy Appliances for quite a while now. They do an amazing job in servicing home appliances. The girls in the service department ( Jasneet, Nenita and Anastasia) are really friendly and professional at the same time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or repair their home appliances.

Re: Order AM00080331 Stopped by the store and were greeted by Salesman Lawrence. He showed us around to the washers we were looking for and was knowledgeable in the pros and cons of different brands. When we selected the one we wanted, he even gave us a price break, making it the best deal of all the stores we canvassed. We scheduled delivery for the following weekend. The estimated delivery time was not met, but that can be difficult when projecting times from the day before. It arrived 90 minutes later and deliveryman Deep and his associate made short work of removing the old washer and installing the new one. It was hooked up and tested, and they were done in 20 minutes. A quick, pleasant experience. Love the new washer - well done guys!

After some extensive renovations to my condo, I realized the washer/dryer unit needed replacing. The larger appliance stores did not have units in stock or were too pricey. Based on a referral, I visited Handy Appliances and bought my washer/dryer unit within half an hour. The salesperson, Lawrence, was friendly and easy to deal with. He did not try to sell me the most expensive model, but instead showed me the more popular and highly rated Samsung model. After ordering the unit, he also came to my condo to help me measure the closet to ensure that the W/D fit. I also wanted to install a booster fan and Lawrence helped me purchase the part and organized the installation. All of this was discussed over the phone, with little hassle. The experience with Handy was excellent – I received a nice machine in a timely manner and dealt with professional/responsible staff.
