As council member of Strata VR9 Balsam House I was responsible for a suitable replacement washer for one of our laundry rooms. Lawrence at Handy Appliances was excellent with information on the quality and benefits of a machine that would suit our needs and include a warranty. He was also helpful in arranging a prompt delivery. The delivery and installation service arrived at he scheduled time and it was obvious that Deep and his assistant Tag were experienced. The installation service was efficient and a space problem was resolved in quick order by them.

Lawrence was one of the best sales managers I have ever had the chance to meet. He provided excellent customer service and made the whole process of finding the perfect appliances very comfortable, easy and stress free. We found great quality products at very affordable prices. I highly recommend visiting this store, and Lawrence especially if you can, for one of the best shopping experiences possible! Our whole family is very thankful for the service Lawrence provided us.

I have worked with Handy Appliances before and their service and prices are excellent. This time was no exception. Lawrence was very helpful at the store and gave me a good deal, and Deep and Manj were very professional when they delivered the fridge and took the old one away. There is a stairway with a tricky landing leading up to the apartment, and they were very careful and concerned about not damaging the walls or the floors. I wold definitely recommend Handy Appliances. Tom

I have been shopping for appliances for a basement suite which I just got ready for renting out. After visiting plenty of shops, I was impressedby the service at Handy Appliances at 705 E 17th Ave, Vancouver. Anastasia and Nenita, the girls at the front desk, showed a lot of patience browsing with me accross all available cataloges. Lowrence was amazing at the showroom. Thumbs up.

After 3 previous stores that either were not interested in finding a replacement stove element switch or said it's just no longer available, Chris at Handy Appliance took the time to really look into it, asking advice from an experienced repair person, and came up with a replacement switch. This is where I'm going from now on for any parts.

We bought our washer from Handy Appliances a few years ago and when we needed a dryer we knew where to go. I had told the receptionist that when I called the last time it took a while for a sales person to call me back and by then I was out. The next time she made sure a sales person called me back asap and Lawrence called me back. He was really helpful and quick. He found a commercial coin operated dryer for me and offered a great warranty package. My invoice and receipts were emailed to me right away and we get to pick it up earlier than I thought. Thank you Lawrence for your great, quick service.

Deep and Joti delivered and installed my stacking laundry pair. They were friendly, efficient and good problem solvers as there were a few glitches regarding the installation that had nothing to do with them. They arrived on schedule and completed the job in good time. Overall they were very helpful and pleasant to work with.

Recently bought a washing machine from Handy Appliances. I visited four businesses to compare the price on the identical washer and received the best price by $50 from Lawrence at Handy Appliances. No haggling. He was able to answer all my questions and even helped to load it in my truck, which I was able to pick it up the next business day. I will definitely come back the next time I need an appliance.

Our delivery for our refrigerator was booked from 4-5 pm. Was not expecting the guys to be prompt ! (most deliverys from other companys are not!) Deep and his partner arrived at 4:15, were very professional , no scratches or damage! Thanks again for the great service!!

phone sales person on top of options, gave extra discounts, knowledgeable about prices and products. Checked on floor model availability and ensured they'ed fit in space required. Will use again.
