Andrew and Phil were the two gentlemen that showed up just after 8:00 a.m. to start the install of our new air conditioner. They were both courteous and friendly. They worked as a team and once they started the job they work without a break until they finished the complete install. The installation was neat and tidy and left the areas inside and out clean and free of debris. Once all was done they both walked us through what they did downstairs and and outside. We will certainly use your company in the future and hope Andrew and Phil are our techs. Thank you.

The salesman was very good and exerted no pressure. However, this new air conditioner is having difficulty reaching the desired temperature (25C) on a very hot day. When a serviceman came to check it out, he said I probably should have been sold a larger machine for the size of my home. My 17-year-old air conditioner did not have this problem. So I'm somewhat disappointed so far and hope for further help from this company.

Can't say anything negative about this company, from the start to the finish. Don was very good when he came to assess our needs and to give us a quote. The date for installation was set, but when they had a cancellation we were able to get it done a few days earlier than planned. The installation was done by Scott and Switzer who were professional in every respect. Truly was impressed by all.

Danny arrived promptly at 8:30 to carry out the Spring Air Conditioning care. Not withstanding the rain he conducted an inspection and performed the required maintenance on the air conditioner. He ensured that the system was working perfectly and then answered several other questions about the HVAC and heating system. We are very satisfied with the service being provided over the past many (12?) years by Haven Home Climate Care.

Brad and Paul arrived on time. They set up and commenced the work after making sure that their instructions from the office matched my expectation of the what was to be done. The job was done quickly, efficiently and they cleaned up afterwards. This is the second time we have used Haven Home Climate care and recommend the company and its staff.

This is our second time using Haven home and even with a different installation crew, the service was still outstanding. Aaron and Andrew were polite, on time and always professional. The weather was cold and windy but they spent the entire day outside making sure the installation was done properly and cleaned up after themselves. They easily earned a 10/10 rating.

We are very pleased with the excellent work of Aaron and Andrew during the recent installation of our new gas log set. This beautiful, realistic log set, with remote control, truly enhances our brick arched, wall to wall fireplace. Thank you again for your skilled expertise and prompt service.

I am very pleased with the teams at Haven Home Care. One phone call and a "tech" was at our house within hours for an assessment. Once we said we wanted a new furnace, a sales rep was there within the hour. "DB" was extremely professional, providing us with lots of options and explanations about what Haven could provide. He spent over two hours with us, making sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. He was very patient, never pushy and seemed to have our best interests at heart. Nice guy! All this was on Wednesday. Friday morning Matt and Kenn were at our door by 8:15 and went right to work. By 5:40 we had a fully functioning furnace, done the right way! These guys worked diligently all day, and it was a pleasure to watch these two professionals performing a host of technical operations with confidence and great competence. They were never flustered and had a positive rapport with each other that meant the job flowed very smoothly. They each understood their roles and rarely had to pause to figure out what came next. Clearly, this was not the first rodeo for either of them. They took obvious pride in their work and now I'm the proud owner of a fine new Haven furnace.
