I would like to thank you for sending Devon to fix my HRV system. He tried so hard to get the old motor running and then went and got a new one right away and replaced it. He was wonderful explaining it to me. He was so pleasant and polite even my little dog who doesn’t warm up to people easy liked him.

My Service tech was Kenn. He was very courteous to me and respectful to my property. From what I observed he did a very thorough inspection and servicing of my Carrier furnace. I felt confident and reassured in abilities. I am totally satisfied with his work. Thank you, Marjan (Mark) Mozetich

Prompt, Professional, friendly and efficient home visit from technician Nick. As a new home owner I needed instruction regarding gas pilot light as well as an overall cleaning. Andrew and Ken were very meticulous, personable and generally great guys. They got our new furnace air conditioning installation up and running today and stayed until they were really satisfied with their effort. Due to scheduling the team will be back in a couple of weeks to set up and complete the gas hookup. We told the scheduling staff that we could wait so they could schedule jobs for others who needed to have rush installation for medical reasons. So our 2 day schedule will be completed in a couple of weeks.

Scott & Switzer installed our hot water tanker this past week and John did the annual service call on the A.C. They were punctual, professional, organized and clean-working. Thumbs up to all Haven Home service people and to the company.

Had our air conditioner repaired yesterday be Brendon. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant, as are all the service techs we’ve met from Haven Home. I recommend the company highly.

Friendly, courteous service from sales to service. Everything explained step by step with sales rep and 2 installers. Advice given regarding furnace replacement but not pushy. Will use this company again.
