Scheduled our annual Furnace maintenance with Haven Home Climate Care. Steve F. was our technician, he was here on time, wearing his mask and ensuring covid 19 policies were followed. After servicing, he followed up with me,; to ensure I was comfortable with work, and the WeCare program. I would highly recommend Haven Home Climate Care.

Today the first maintenance service was done for both our furnace and gas fireplace, by Steve. We observed Steve to do a very thorough job while being very respectful of our property. He wore his mask at all times and was very polite and cordial. In addition, he took the time to explain what he did and answered any of our questions. Before he left, after explaining the benefits of being on contract, we did sign a service agreement for both our furnace and fireplace.

My review rating is for the company it’s self. If this review was for the technician, Nick Patterson, I would have rated him 5 stars. The majority of their technicians are great. The company?

Ken just completed installing a new remote and completed an annual tune up on our Fireplace.Very thorough! Just like the last time.Looking g in to having our furnace and hot water tank added to the annual.

I would recommend Haven Home ClimateCare to anyone who has a gas fireplace. Nick did an excellent job with our yearly fireplace maintenance. He was prompt, courteous and helpful, just in time for winter.

We had our furnace cleaned and checked by Steve. He was very thorough and gave specific information about the state of our thirteen year old furnace and potential future issues. He took appropriate Covid precautions. We are vey satisfied with the service we received.

Andrew, Cuyler and Chris did a phenomenal job of installing my new HRV. They were knowledgeable, patient, courteous and professional. Their workmanship was top quality. As part of our plan with Home Haven Care, we had our furnace inspected and serviced. Our service technician was Kenn. He worked extremely efficiently, was courteous and friendly, and was willing to continue working to provide extra service for our fireplace. He also gave us some very good tips and advice on our equipment, as well as on carbon monoxide poisoning prevention. All in all a very positive experience, in line with previous service from this company.

Andrew, Cuyler (and Peter for the first few days) did a phenomenal job of installing our furnace. They were prompt, friendly, courteous and professional. Their work was incredible. They had many challenges on top of installing the furnace; converting a natural gas dryer and stove to propane, installing an ecobee, and working the entire time in a cramped crawl space. They were here for five days and we truly enjoyed seeing them work. they left our basement cleaner than it was when they came!
