Great and speedy service and recommendations too from haven's technician Steve. He provided timely advice and estimates for our air conditioning needs and also got us thinking about other aspects of HVAC.

I had my home furnace, hot water tank, and air conditioner serviced by Nick today. He arrived on time, and was very courteous and professional. He explained his findings, answered my questions and arranged a follow up appointment to discuss possible new service options.

Last Monday, I had my annual service maintenance done to my furnace and air conditioner. Gary was very pleasant and thorough in doing this maintenance call. He spent time giving me suggestions on how to ensure that my furnace and air conditioner would run the most effectively and efficiently. He also maintained the covaid-19 protocols. Again this year I am very impressed with Haven Home and their staff.

Kenn arrived right on time today. He performed the annual inspection and cleaning of the furnace, fire place and air conditioner ss well as warranty work on the hot water tank. He is very efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. We continue to be happy with Home Haven ClimateCare.

Our air conditioner precision tune up was easily and quickly scheduled.. Bob arrived on time and efficiently carried out the service. He went over his Covid 19 precautions on arrival and ensured that we were comfortable with his activities at all times. Bob was personable, responsive to our questions and he ensured that we understood what he was doing in his routine. Our overall experience with Bob was great. Thank you.

Once again, congratulations Haven Home for great service and a job extremely well done! Following a service call recommendation, we decided to replace our heat pump. The home team gave us the earliest available opening and the work was completed in less than a week from our initial call. We'd like to extend our special thanks to: Brian - who made the service call Bill - who did the on-site assessment and The super team of Brad (who has done work at our home before) and Jo who did an outstanding job! Gary arrived on time and was very thorough, knowledgeable and made a point to explain some tips on filter change periods etc. Gary was professional from start to finish which is why we have used Haven to purchase, install and maintain our furnace, water heater, air conditioner and gas fireplace.

We called Haven Home at 12 o'clock and explained our furnace was blowing cold air. We live 30km away from their store. A technician (Nick) arrived by 1:15 and investigated the problem. We needed a new furnace, Nick called the office to have a salesperson contact us. Herb arrived at 3 and walked us thru options. Both Haven employees were very courteous and knowledgeable. We had Nick from Haven Home come in to fix our gas fireplace today. He did a fantastic job. He replaced the gasket, cleaned the fireplace, painted the box, pretty much a complete overhaul. A very professional job. Well done.

The furnace in our new house stopped working. We did not know if it was the propane or the furnace itself. We have been a customer of Haven for over 25 years at our previous house. So there was no question that we would phone them to help us out. Nick came out and showed us where the gauges were on the propane tanks (which were empty). But he looked at the furnace and the fireplace for us. Explained what to do when the propane was refilled. And showed us how to use the fireplace for heat if the power goes out. The service has always been superior and I would recommend Haven and Nick.
