Shane, our technician, performed annual maintenance on our air conditioner unit today. He was fully masked, respectfully removed his shoes when entering the home each time - and was very personable & friendly! Shane assured us after the service that our unit was in good condition and performing well. He also explained in detail the benefits of an annual contract with Haven Home, which we had already decided would be of benefit to us. Overall, a very positive experience... we'll see a technician again in the Fall to service our gas fireplace and furnace.

Matt and partner were here promptly on time. I showed them where the work was to be done and they got at it right away. I actually hardly knew they were here. When work was completed he showed me where all paperwork was for the AC and showed me the work they did. The area outside and inside were left completely cleaned up. Great job done by these gentlemen. As always very friendly staff and all with covid gear on and all. Thanks again. Mary Coutts

Haven Home tech Nick P arrived on time assessed the situation and determined the two valves on the compressor were leaking.He picked up the valves returned installed the new valves , topped off the unit refrigerant ,let it cycle.Turned unit back on and it is cooling well. It is nice to deal with a respectable company and respectable employees.Thanks Nick and Marcia for your professional service.

Shane did our annual A/C service on May 12th. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He is also very personable and polite. Thank you Shane for the great service!

Steve did a great job during our annual maintenance. His attention to detail, professional yet friendly approach was refreshing. He explained what he was doing and was helpful in answering all of our questions. I would not hesitate to have him back.

We awoke to no heat from the furnace, reported to the answering service. Received a callback who dispatched a service technician. Nick arrived, he determined that the, modulating gas valve, was the issue. He obtained a replacement and quickly installed the new valve, performed propane flow checks and indicated that the furnace was working fine. Our thanks to Nick for his polite and professional service.

Nick came on time. Was professional and competent. Made sure upon leaving that all was in working order. Would recommend to anyone new in the area that were looking for service.

Shane ,was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.This was our first experience with Haven climate care,our previous company retired.We will continue to use this company and hopefully Shane as our technication.we will definitely recommend this business.

Nick P is an awesome technician. Polite and friendly. Advised of what he had done. Very thorough. Let me know that they now charge for replacement batteries if I didn’t have any of my own. He could have replaced and billed me. Have always had excellent service from Home Haven.

Devon was excellent! Timely, efficient, very friendly and price was right! He was very good at explaining everything as well. Would definitely use and recommend Haven Home Climate Care again.
