I have a monthly maintenance contract with Maple Air. The monthly contract of slightly under $30 a month covers anything that could go wrong with my hybrid system. Heat pump+gas furnace. All costs are covered, parts+labour. Part of that contract includes a yearly checkup. The technician showed up on time. Spent longer than my previous inspector but when he went over his report with me I understood why. Nothing wrong with the system but he had done a very thorough job. Personable and knowledgeable. So far I've had nothing but excellent service from Maple Air.

I am very satisfied with the repair. Technician named Neil quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the broken part. Afterwards, he ran o thorough test of the AC system and provided a clear an comprehensive report of work performed.

Prompt service came same day to adjust wiring of my thermostat. Highly recommend them for AC and furnace servicing.

Maple Air arranged for Enbridge to install a new gas line from the street(no charge), and within a week removed my old furnace and pil tank and installed a new Amana gas furnace. The installers did an amazing job of removing the old stuff carefully with no mess and cleaned up after the final install. unfortunately one part on the new furnace did not function, but the got the new part and installed it the next day. Great service and staff was so friendly. highly recommend this company.

From the beginning to the end Maple Air provided great service. My sales rep Alex always followed up making sure I had all the details I needed and understood the head pump system. The install crew was very knowledgeable, clean and finished on time. I would recommend Maple Air.

A very positive experience overall. I had a new furnace and heat pump installed and had my cold air return completely replaced. because of the extra ducting work, the install took an extra day to complete. The workmanship was great and everything works perfectly. With the fancy new furnace and all the shiny new ductwork, it looks like a spaceship landed in my basement. They even took care of all the details regarding the $7100 govt rebate as well, leaving me with not much to do. Would recommend Maple Air to anyone.

Farzad and the technicians from Maple Air were fantastic. From sales to the installation they were nothing but professional. It's been two months since my system was installed and I could not be happier. The heat pump has performed as advertised and really saved me money on my gas bill.
