My A/C broke and Maple Air was great at diagnosis and subsequently recommended a new unit and purchased and installed for me. They are very professional and did a great job at the installation. I recommend them to you if you need repair or new unit

I purchased a new furnace from Maple air and had Neal come back to look at the AC to make sure it was running properly. He also installed my humidifier. There was no charge. Every time he has been in the house he has been very respectful and always explaining all the details and how everything works, he is extremely knowledgeable. Such a kind young man and efficient, I will definitely keep Maple Air especially if Neal is the technician. It is so refreshing these days to meet such caring , knowledgeable people that come into your home that really care want to resolve the problems.

We had a terrific experience with Farzad and his team at Maple Air. We needed a Steam Humidifier and Smart thermostat system installed, as well as some other repairs to our existing HVAC system, and were very happy with the work they did for us. Not only was the team extremely thorough and conscientious with the installation, but Farzad explained everything to us in great detail, and walked me through the programming and operation of the system in a very clear and concise manner. He was also very fair in his billing for the job. We would go back to Maple Air for any heating and cooling needs. Highly recommended!

I was looking to replace an air handler and I contacted multiple companies. Reza from Maple Air was the only person who could discuss/answer my questions on the technical aspect of the different air handlers. Reza is very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He came to my house and also was the only person who could explain my current HVAC situation clearly and provided the best solution. On installation day, it was Farzad and one other person who came and did the installation. Reza also came for some time and made sure everything we had discussed beforehand was put into action. The job was done in a timely manner and Farzad made sure there was no mess before leaving. Farzad was very detailed and sealed anything that could have leaked any air. The day after, Reza came and made sure everything was done right and answer my additional questions. So far I am very happy with the air handler. I would highly recommend Reza and Farzad and team. good work.

We were looking to switch to a heat pump based heating system to lessen our carbon footprint and Farzad and the entire team have been very knowledgeable and supportive. The installation team are extremely professional and courteous and did an amazing job from beginning to end and answering all of my questions and demonstrating how the system works and how to operate the system I would easily recommend this company and team of experts to anyone
