Infinity Furnace and AC installed by Maple Air
I used Maple Air for installing furnace and Air conditioner. I was referred to them by Carrier as a factory authorized dealer and let me tell you I am happy with every decision I made. I was over paying for my other maintenance plans and they enrolled me into their program and explained all the details. The installers cleaned up after like there was no installation. I had other companies quoted me on units but no one actually took the time to describe the difference. Farzad my rep came over and went through 3 options and explained to me the benefits of all and I decided to choose infinity units. I did spend little more but worth every penny. With no hesitation I would recommend Maple Air to family and friends. Thank you Maple Air and keep up the good work!

Furnace, humidifier, thermostat, filter
Great and very professional job. Every equipment was explained in detail and installed in proper manner. Clean job. Technicians have been careful do not rub the floor and walls during unit transportation inside the house. The sales manager gave us all details regarding all equipment we bought from MapleAir. Very professional work.

Gas insert and fireplace surround
From the very first meeting our experience was fantastic. We left the showroom very satisfied that Reza and Maple Air was the right choice for us. Our phone calls where always returned promptly and professionally. When the work started all areas of our home were covered and Maple Air workers were kind considerate and worked efficiently but without that hurried pace to leave. That was the biggest concern for us that the job was done right the first time. The fireplace surround was also fabricated meticulously. The gas insert with all the piping along with the surround installation could not have gone more smoothly. Thanks to Maple Air our home has a great new feel and warm comfort.

Furnace repair by Maple Air
This company proved me that there is still some good genuine people who truly care about you. They showed up at 9 pm at my house and got my furnace to work. It was -25 outside. Reza came over and resolved my issue in the meant time until they could order my part in the next day. Thank you and I recommend them to all home owners.

Great finish!
I am so pleased with my gas log insert, and was impressed with the time and care Omid took to patiently explain my options. A mixup on my invoice was immediately addressed, and the additional remote control is an excellent feature.

Furnace replacement, Carrier Infinity Two Stage, Humidifier and upgrade digital thermostat
Nothing but good things to say about my recent experience with Maple Air. I was referred to them by a family member when I told them I had some problems with my furnace. There was an awful smell outside my house by the furnace exhaust and I wasn’t sure if it was an issue or not. I called Enbridge to investigate and after testing the fumes they red flagged the furnace. I called Maple Air and Farzad (the salesperson) advised me on the best furnace replacement and scheduled an installation the next morning. This was greatly appreciated given the temperature outside was close to -20. The thing that most impressed me was that even though we absolutely needed a furnace, I didn’t feel any pressure or a sense we were being taken advantage of. The different options were clearly laid out with key differences explained. The price was fair and the service top-notch. The installer (Farshid) was quick and left the place looking like they were never there. Farzad even called the next day (Saturday) to ensure I registered my thermostat and applied for a $100 rebate being offered. They are taken care of submitting the paperwork for all the other rebates. I will definitely recommend Maple Air to my neighbours, friends and family.

new furnace installed
Woke up to cold house in December. In full panic mode left messages on numerous answering services with few responses. Frarzad came by and thoughtfully guided me thru the purchase of the Carrier unit, including rebates. The installation was professionally done the same day. I cannot thank this company enough for the prompt and courteous service provided in this stressful time of need.

Heat pumps
Farzad business development management gave really good idea good person he changed our mind to install heat pumps Instead forced air furnace to avoid digging And also installation was done smoothly by the technician I choose the carrier heat pumps and I got 2000 dollars rebate Thanks really appreciate
