Heat Pump, Air Conditioner
I went with Maple because my Property Manager of my townhouse complex in Aurora said these guys do the best job and get the most customer satisfaction from what other townhouse owners have said. I have to say that I can't remember when I've had better service. If I could give higher then 5 stars I would. Farzad - the sales agent was so amazing and had such great follow up and support -- went way beyond what was expected. And Farshseed and his crew - what can I say - probably the best technicians and installers I have ever seen! Very high quality and left everything so clean. He has been doing this for over 20 years and really knows what he is doing. Can't recommend them enough - such good-hearted people of integrity. Thank you Maple Air!

Air conditioner / humidifier purchase & installations
We got the referral from our friend and we are very happy with the service. Presented with options, the sales person helped us decide which unit was the best for us by explaining the differences among the options.

Ductless A/C installation

Carrier Heat Pump installation.
We had a very old electrical furnace in our cottage and were looking for solution to improve efficiency. Thank to Maple Air Inc and aspecially Farzad for very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly way of service. They did a great job installing new Carrier Heat Pump and humidifier and help us get all rebates coming to this new product.

Furnace replacement
In December we had an issue with our furnace that needed replacement or repair on a short notice. After doing some research online and speaking with friends for a recommendation, a friend of mine referred me to MapleAir Inc. They sent a technician to inspect the issue first thing next morning and advised us we needed a replacement due to a recall. The consultant took the time to inspect our house and understand our needs after which he recommended several options and explained in details the differences between the various options (two stage vs. multi stage). The installation was smooth and quick. MapleAir consultant also came the day after the installation to make some minor adjustments and ensure everything was running as expected. In addition they helped us out with filling the required paperwork to get the applicable rebates. Thanks again for a timely turnaround and great service.
