    Amana Premium ASX Air conditioner - ASX16042

    I received great quality of service from Maple Air for purchase and installation of my unit. Their team visited my house to evaluate and recommend AC units that were best fit for my house. They were available to answer my questions in a timely manner after our meeting, which helped with making my decision. Installation was very well coordinated and executed. I am happy with my AC unit and would recommend both this unit and Maple Air for their great customer service.

    Outstanding AC Service

    Purchased an AC few years ago through another company and had a few issues the past 2 years. I called Maple Air for service. The team there is incredible. Knowledgeable, friendly and prompt same day service, even after hours. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for repairs or installation. Their prices cannot be beat.

    Carrier furnace and air conditioner

    The experience of having Maple Air install my new furnace, air conditioner and humidifier has been absolutely great. I first met with their salesperson Rodrigo, who was knowledgeable, courteous, and patient in explaining the different furnace and a/c options suitable for my house. Based on my meeting with him, our conversation and his recommendation of what would be suitable for my home, he sent me a detailed and professional email quote, including various payment options. The installation of the units went smoothly, as their installers were also very professional, technical, knowledgeable and knew exactly what they were doing. Once the installation was completed, Rodrigo came back to my house to ensure everything was correctly installed and completed. Maple Air has absolutely great service and I highly recommend this company.

    water heater

    Super quick and efficient at getting me a bid so i could compare costs, no up sell. Despite being given an initial quote that was lower by Home Depot, i soon learned there were " hidden costs" that brought their price to the same level. Maple Air has done two contracts for me over the last 5 years, both were straightforward and well done in a short amount of time.

    Replacement of high efficiency furnace and air conditioner

    Maple Air came highly recommended to us from two of their previous customers-my father and his meticulous neighbour :) They were definitely worth the hype... I met with Hamid who was professional, polite, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I felt I was in good hands right from the start. The installation team was great- skilled and respectful- not something that I find is so common these days. They worked diligently throughout the day and made intelligent and necessary suggestions to maximize the efficiency of the equipment-at no extra cost. When they were done, they cleaned up beautifully before they left. Overall- great price, great experience, great company!

    New Air conditioning Unit with installation

    I was impressed with Far who was my first contact to Maple air. He was able to provide reasonable price with extended warranty for us. The installers arrived on time and was nice people. I can t say what after service would be like if we should need it in the future but so far I would definately recommend this company to my friends.

    Air Conditioner Installation

    From the first time I contacted Maple Air I was very impressed. In speaking with Farzad, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. After he understood my needs, he sent over a professional looking quote and then visited my house for a pre-inspection and a/c selection. The installers and overall installation process went very well. They were professional and very detailed. Farzad also followed with a post inspection the following week to ensure everything was done properly. I would highly recommend them.

    Air conditioner

    I was referred to Farzad at Maple Air by a friend of mine!!! I called a few places for comparison prices and warranty etc. They were by far the best to deal with!! Farzad showed up at my house the same day to inspect the situation and installed a brand new AC the next day without a hitch!!! I even received a bottle of wine to show his appreciation for my business! I would highly recommend using this Company for all your heating and AC problems!!

    Carrier AC and furnace installation

    Had our AC and furnace installation from Maple Air Heating and Cooling; Rod (rep) was very professional; came over and reviewed our old equipment and gave his recommendations. Their prices are very competitive for the Carrier products installed. The technicians were also very professional and knowledgeable; they came on time and completed the work on time. I would recommend Maple Air to friends.

    A/C and Furnace replacement

    We couldn't be more satisfied with our purchase and service from Maple Air. No pushy sales people, simply an effective conversation where they really tried to understand our needs and budget in order to recommend the best options for our home. Once we decided on the right solution for us, we had the new products installed and paperwork completed within a 48 hour period (over a holiday weekend I might add!). The service technicians who did the install were courteous and efficient. This is a family run business that takes personal pride in their services and strives to delight their clients.
