    New air conditioner install.

    Professional and informative. Initial meeting went well and there was no undue pressure other than asking how they could get my business. Installation went well and when there was a problem the tech was able to diagnose and solve it. I am happy with my purchase.

    Furnace Repair and ductless installation

    I hired Maple Air to perform Furnace repair for my parent's house and they showed up ready and quickly found the issue. Their charges were fair as i do not have pricing information but the value I received was great. I also purchased a ductless heatpump unit from them for my townhouse and their installer was great and very professional. They did all my registrations and warranty papers. I also got over $2300 rebate from hydro which I had no clue about. I don't hesitate to recommend maple air to other. This team is truly honest and is willing to help.

    Furnace, AC and Hot Water tank replacement

    Our overall experience with Maple Air has been great so far. Farzad was a great sales person who was able to patiently explain everything to us from the beginning. The initial plan was to only replace the furnace and AC. After this job was done, our hot water tank had started leaking unfortunately. We were able to engage Maple Air who offered all the excellent advice we needed to get the hot water tank replaced with a tankless one. They also also assisted with recommending a great agency for the pre and post energy audit inspections. We are yet to receive the rebates for the work done but understand it may take a few more weeks. Since the job was done, we faced one issue where the vent above the furnace fan (where the AC coil resides) started leaking hot or cold air when the furnace or AC was turned on, as the joints were not sealed properly. We brought this to Maple Air's attention who rectified the issue immediately. We would without any hesitation, recommend Maple Air's products and services to all our friends and family.

    Carrier furnace repair in 24 hours

    We were referred to Maple Air from Carrier and since sears is no longer in business I had to switch dealers. I couldn't not be happier with this team. I called at 10 pm and they had my furnace fixed the next day. The my did all my warranty papers. Thank you omid and farzad for assisting our family. Their service techs were courteous and knowledgeable and actually educated us on our furnace as well. We definitely recommend them to other home owners!

    High efficiency furnace

    The sales representative was highly professional and very friendly. He clearly and patiently explained to us how different types of furnaces work and helped us make the right for us choice. The technicians who came to install the furnace were great- professional, friendly, gave us useful tips and worked very cleanly. The whole experience was very satisfactory for my family and I.     Water Heater

    The sale was done but also supervised by Reza Fakhim. The unit was carefully chosen basset on real needs and the price discounted. Installation was done quickly and carefully, the old unit replaced and the space maintained clean. Reza is all the time prompt in answering any call and any question and will not hesitate to come personally and have everything checked out

    Furnace purchase

    Maple Air has a superb Customer Service. I have spoken to Farzad and he assured me that their cost is low and that they do not overcharge customers. Indeed, it is true! Why? because I tried other quotes and they were overpriced or too much! The service is excellent too because my request was on a rush basis and they delivered their promise on point. I am a happy customer. Thanks Maple Air!!!

    Heating\cooling equipment maintenance & thermostat replacement

    As our Carrier heating and cooling units required a complete maintenance check, we contacted Carrier who referred Maple Air to us. Upon receiving their call, we were impressed with the courteous and friendly guidance through their rates\service, etc. Their technician arrived within a few days and was very efficient and knowledgeable of the our Carrier system. We are considering a long-term business relationship with this service provider.

    Air Conditionong

    It has been three years since Maple Air supplied and installed central air conditioning in our 50-year old house. Since then they have provided annual maintenance on the air conditioner and the natural-gas fired furnace. Maple Air has been a pleasure to work with. Their work has been performed to the highest quality and their technicians have always been very pleasant people. They explain what they have done and why they are making any recommendations. They are always on time and have proved to be diligent and trustworthy.

    Furnace, Air Conditioner, and Water Heater

    Our experience with Maple Air was excellent. After contacting Carrier on-line, our contact information was provided to Maple Air. The next day we received a call from Farzad and soon after he came with Rodriguez to review our situation. We needed a new A/C but decided to replace the old Furnace and Water Heater at the same time. Their sales approach was excellent - they took their time to explain the options and answered all of our questions. We chose products that suited our budget and were practical for our house size. The price negotiations were completed in a fair and comfortable manner. The installation was done in a professional manner by two experts and took one full day. Also, Farzad took the time on a Sat to come and check the installation process. The only minor issue we had (unrelated to the actual installation) was the unfinished basement floor was a bit marked up from removing the existing furnace and water heater. We had a painted concrete floor so has some marks now. This in no way took away from the great experience we had with Maple Air. In conclusion, we would not hesitate to recommend Maple Air to anyone who appreciates a Company willing to patiently explain the options available and perform an expert installation. Farzad mentioned a few times that we are now a part of the Maple Air Family and we actually felt that way.
