    Alarm Upgrade

    We needed to upgrade the complete alarm. It was quite old and no longer met our needs. I got quotes from a few companies and quickly realized that Paul was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with his proposal. The installation went in without a hitch and was professionally installed to my likings. I am very happy I went with Pre-lock and understand why so many people recommend their services. Great work guys!!

    Nest Doorbell installation

    The installation was went off without a hitch. The service was fantastic and very thorough. Needless to say I was very happy with Pre-lock Security and the final product is fantastic.

    Excellent Customer Service

    We have dealt with Pre Lock for more than 2 decades and during this entire time they have continued to attend us always treating us with kindness, compassion and respect. This is especially important in that ensuring one's safety cannot be taken lightly. What stands out is that they listen to us and they strive to make us feel safe and secure by delivering excellent service. We wholeheartedly recommend Pre Lock for your residential and commercial needs....they won't disappoint you!

    Alarm Monitoring

    We recently upgraded our alarm and switched to Pre-lock. The service installers were spectacular. We got the alarm.com phone app and love it. We are very happy we switched over and are now monitored by Pre-lock

    Alarm system install

    The Pre Lock team is reliable, high quality and prompt. They set us up with a great system and catered to our specific needs during installation. More importantly, though, their ongoing support is top notch. I have not had this level of support for any other service or product. Highly recommend the Pre Lock team and their services!

    Alarm and lock services.

    The owner and his team are fantastic! Very knowledgeable and responsive. They don’t try to “scare” you in to buying what you don’t need, just the right balance of customer service and sales. I’ve been using them for years and will continue to do so for many more to come.

    home alarm and security lock intallation

    moved into a house with old existing alarm and sensors. Paul and his team were recommended by a friend who had used them twice before. Straight forward, knowledgeable, honest, and practical. did a complete assessment of our house, showed us where the gaps in our security were, but also what was already working well (saved us money). offered several solutions for each area and guided us to where our money would be best spent. Months later we were away and had an alarm triggered. The monitoring station notified us immediately. Paul actually went to the house to check it for us. Above and beyond. Highly recommend him to anyone needing a alarm services, or door and home security.

    Change locks

    Alex was on time, and did great work. Very nice guy, I would definintly recommend them to others. Clean and efficient. Even taught my little one a little about the work he was doing ha ha....

    New thermostat

    Tried to install myself, had some issues. Although it was an easy install had a wire missing. Called Paul on a Sunday came over added a 5th wire to resolve the problem. Working perfectly. Paul was reasonable and didn’t charge me a lot to come out on the weekend.

    Installed DSC NEO alarm

    Changed all keypads, updated main system board, installed a new wireless radio and a garage door indicator. The gentleman who did the work we're courteous and did the work well. Paul (owner) checked in to make sure the everything was done properly and system was properly configured.
