    Front door grip handle

    Called Pre lock as old door grip handle was not working and they responded quickly and changed it for me. Service technician and everyone I spoke with was friendly and very helpful

    Home security

    This is my 3rd home I've had secured with Prelock. They are honest, trustful, knowledgeable and available even in the middle of the night. Their service people are polite and caring. I highly recommend this company.

    Upgrade to existing system (Nest doorbell)

    Excellent service (installed Nest door bell), delivered on schedule. Technician was knowledgeable and helpful going above and beyond to provide support to a non technical senior citizen. Have been dealing with Pre-Lock for many, many years.

    Entire new home alarm and locks

    Pre lock helped me with my new home construction by installing an advanced home security system and high security locks on all the doors. He also installed a 4K camera system throughout the home. Paul and his team have a great attention to detail and went above and beyond to install a really advanced system including connecting my alarm to my Lutron lighting system so that an alarm triggers all my lights to turn on and exterior lights to flash. Everything is setup on alarm.com so I have a great app and I also have some of my locks on the app as well.

    Alarm upgrade

    Security services

    Prelock , I have used for a number of years, they are a very reliable, efficient , professional company, staff are knowledgeable and friendly . I would HIGHLY recommend them you will not be disappointed.

    Alarm & Lock Installation

    Complete alarm overhaul by very talented installers. They fished all the wires so nothing was visible. We almost had our cable provider install an alarm but honestly glad we choose Pre-lock. I’m not very tech savoy but Pre-lock made it easy . Thanks for a great installation

    Key pad alarm buzzer

    We recently upgraded our complete alarm , Paul was amazing he insured we fully understood how to use the alarm The installers were very clean and polite . The process was great from start to finish . We highly recommend the Pre-lock team.
